Tim Hortons - Richmond - Photo album

It’s a good place to take a quick meal during the day even it’s inside a big mall. Parking is available easily as it’s within mall parking. Staff are working hard especially during busy weekends times
Its Tim's, good coffee for a good price. Service and staff are okay.
It's nice location wise, but I never once had a good experience with this branch. Although it usually gets busy, I don't think it excuses most of the staff's rude behaviour with customers. Additionally, the waittime is extremely long and for products that taste like wastewater. I'm not joking every
Terrible. Had to give my name several times. Like talking to a rat reward. Even though I showed my order on my phone with all the details already. How dumb can you get? Worst she scrolled down my phone in this Covid period. Just a bad app order system and employees
Service is all over the place during peak hours. Cashier did not take my order correctly and was charged extra. Ordered iced coffees but was charged for ice capps instead. Very disappointing, especially since I have had decent service in the past. Likely will not visit this location for the foreseea
Shouldnt have to ask the staff to provide a paper bag and a coffee sleeve every time for my takeout order. Shouldnt they always be serving the hot coffee in a sleeve rather than just handing it to the customer to have them put it on?
A Canadian favourite for coffee and donuts. There are also other food items for a light meal. This store is located inside Richmond Centre Mall (it is on the outer east side of the mall therefore it also has street access). Free mall parking and steps away from SkyTrain. #letsguide #donuts
Perfect restaurant. The wraps, hot drinks and timbits are nice and definitely recommended. The 'biebs brew' collaboration drink stuff is also popular
