I'm gonna boldly go out on a limb here and call "Bourbon Street Grill" my favourite mall food-court stall of all time. A unique mix of Americanized Chinese take-out and Louisiana-style cooking lends itself surprisingly well to creating some really delicious food! The most unlikely of combinations, but it really works! You get standard items like barbecue pork and black pepper beef, and more stand-out choices like mango chicken, Louisiana-style chicken (delicious), and bourbon chicken just to name a few items offhand.  Side orders are all solid and the staff here are very friendly! They're also usually handing out food samples to help silence the haters. Plus where else can you get mashed potatoes with your fried rice and pork???!!!! (epic). Check out "Bourbon Street Grill" if you haven't already done so.  You won't be disappointed!

Just by looking at what you ordered, it will look as if you bought overpriced Chinese takeout, but that's not the case. The look may not be of authentic Louisiana home cooking, but the taste of the Cajun spices and Southern influence is alive and present in every bite. And you can order To Go, so you can take this large portion of lap-smacking goodness home to enjoy.
