Review Quiznos - Richmond

The food safety in this store is severely lacking. One of the staff members was visibly chewing or eating something while making our order. When the other lady was finishing up my sandwich, she took my payment (cash) then went back to making my friends sub without washing her hands. There was a London drugs staff member sitting in the back of the kitchen area for some reason? After we sat down to eat, a lady in a security guard uniform showed up, walked into the kitchen area and started using her phone while talking to the staff. She then started to help take payment and help with food prep, without washing her hands a single time. The lack of food safety is appalling, I highly suggest not coming to this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Had a Groupon that they offer. Have used it before a few times as well and you get the chips and a drink with the sub. The one lady who was working there said that I can get my drinks and had cup set up on the side, I grab the drinks and then the next lady who came who was extremely rude said that the Groupon only covers the subs and doesn’t give the drinks and the chips. The first lady had told me that it will come with both options, I told the second lady that I don’t need the drinks and I will leave them but because I had grabbed the cups already she said no you have to pay for the drinks. She ended up charging me $7 dollars for the drinks. Which is ridiculous, there were people behind me in the lineup so I didn’t wanna make a big scene but I have never had a situation like this where the customer service has been so bad. This could’ve been handled very differently. I think other restaurants would probably just say that it’s OK we understand that our staff made a mistake and you can have the drinks, but this lady without even me finishing my sentence already punched seven dollars into the credit card terminal and pushEd the machine towards me and had no interest in listening to what I have to say. Will never be going to this location again, cleanliness was also an issue at this location and overall just a terrible experience.

Best sandwiches! It was so nice to have free delivery for our company month end lunch order. Everyone were happy with the sandwiches, definitely we will order again!

Unclean, unprofessional staff, dirty and will never go again. Avoid this place at all costs.

The girl who works afternoon evenings here is soo sweet and has a great memory!! She always remembers I don’t like onions on my sandwiches and works so quickly! Love this location it’s so clean too!

Quiznos sandwiches are far superior go Subway IMO. Customer service was really friendly and they have good weekly specials.

My experience at this location was not good. There was an aged lady who served me but the sandwich was hilarious. It doesn’t taste good at all. She made me waited 5 minutes.

Great food. This place has great food and the service is very fast at lunch

Bad tomatoes. I got back to work to find the tomatoes were rotten. Mushy, tasted bad and smelled rotten. I called to let the store know and all he said was he'd take care of it -whatever that means. I won't go back.
