Wonderful service today and every day. Always pleasant experience and friendly staff. Busy location and busy drive thru. Thank you for all your hard work and patience. We know the odd customer may be giving off bad vibes and not appropriate you guys. Have a great day guys! You rock! Best place to stop in for a bite, good tunes and nice seating area. Big thumb up!

Twice my order has been fine and twice it has been way off. The last time I went I asked for extra pickles. She even said "junior bacon cheddar burger with extra pickles" when she handed me the bag. As you can see from the photo there's 1 slice of pickle hiding under the tomato. There's also the tiniest piece of lettuce I've ever seen in a burger.
Despite the often long wait in line if I got back, I'm not leaving until my food is checked

We tried the new Sweet Thai Spicy Chicken and it was a good burger. Tasty.
Fries were ok. Not as good as we've experienced in the past. Undercooked a little? Not sure what was the miss but they weren't great.
The restaurant was clean. Limited seating. No outside seating options available.
We rode our bikes and we're grateful for the bike rack outside.

First time at this location. Servers were polite. Restaurant was clean. Small burger and was cold. I hate eating cold food. Especially if it’s supposed to be fresh. The bun was hard. Stale.

Well below regular service levels. I have been to this location on several occasions both dine in and take out, however today I dined in.
Waited 10min for a baconator combo. Four customers behind me ended up getting their order before me. Order was filled when they noticed I was the only one standing there.

Did a mobile order, app said ready for pick up at 10:25, went there at the exact time, stood at the mobile order pick up lane by myself. Not one of the staff acknowledged my presence. General manager was yelling at one of her employees about not knowing how to bag properly. Points at bagging instructions aggressively. At this point, I have been waiting for 10 minutes, and still no one has come up to me and all the staff ignores me. GM then shoves a big bag to my face, not even asking or confirming which order was mine. Bag was for UberEats, not my order. I was telling her maybe next time to ask customers “How can I help you or which order are you waiting for?”. She rolls her eyes and was yelling at me, doesn’t sincerely apologize, and does not know how to deescalate situations, or do recovery for customers. The GM at this store does not know how to do customer service. The rest of the staff seems okay and was just burnt out.

It took a really long time to get my food, approximately 10 minutes for a single w/cheese combo.....and I was the only person at the counter (a couple of customers came in about 5 minutes after I ordered). The reason I went in to order was so I could choose my drink at the machine (more selection) EXCEPT it was out of almost everything. I had to hand my cup over to the cashier so I could get iced tea.
When I left, there were probably 8-10 cars waiting in the drive thru.

Service is just okay, the food is totally different from the picture it as it promote, I order the bacon portobello mushroom melt, it come out at chopped mushroom, hardly tell what kind of mushroom it is, the quantity of mushroom is less, the drink has no refill, worst experience compared from other Wendy's

I told them.. no onion. . Its end up.. have a lot onion inside.. Won't go there again.
