Always delicious and quick! I’d for sure recommend this sushi place. Prices are decent for the special rolls and even better for normal rolls. If you have no idea what to order and try I recommend ordering the sushi and udon I’m posting pictures of! Enjoy.

Pretty good place to grab a quick bit - they are fairly quick at giving out orders. Miso comes in a very cute bowl which was delicious. They gave paper cups for the water which was a bit odd. Ordered the SALMON TUNA COMBO and BBQ SHORT RIBS. Both had good flavours but nothing extra ordinary.

Have dined in the restaurant in the past but now it is mostly takeout or delivery, which is packed well. Our go to spot for quick and fresh sushi. Their quality is good and taste is also clean. I enjoy their special rolls as they are not over the top or too saucy like other Korean sushi places. Usually I stick to nigiri and they have always been great.

Very friendly service. The Ocean Green Roll, Red Scallop Roll, Spicy Salmon Sashimi all tasted very fresh and full of flavour. The Spicy Salmon Sashimi could be a bit more spicier but it was still very good. This place surprised me with their flavours. I will definitely come back.

We ordered Takoyaki, Prawn and Yam Tempura, Assorted Aburi - excellent and delicious, and Negihema & Chopped Scallop Rolls.
We saw our neighbours ordered the Pork Chop and it looked super crispy!

Ordered a chicken katsu roll and a spicy tuna tempura roll. Both of them tasted good. The spicy agedashi tofu was not that great. The sauce wasn't spicy at all. Gyoza was tasty (pork). The fantastic roll was tasty but very small for $13.95. The ingredients were fresh and their food tastes good.

Service is terrible. The waitress tries to do too many things at once hence not being attentive at all. Nevertheless, we have put up with her lack of service and kept coming for take-out as their food is decent and they are close to home.<br/><br/>That is, until we made a reservation for a family birthday dinner. They refused to seat us until our whole party was there. BUT THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY. I brought a cake and asked if they can put it in the fridge for us. The waitress without hesitation said they don't have any space. Not even a 6" cake? She said, no space for customer use. How can a restaurant not be able to accommodate a birthday cake in the fridge? She was super rude about it. Needless to say we walked out and haven't been back since..

This is Korean People Japanese Restaurant, Bad waitress👎👎👎, I went there on Jun 26, 2018 around 12:50pm, Richmond location, there is no people line up, and we have 2 people, she tell us to share table with others (there is 4 seats table already seating with 1 man), beside this table have 2 people just left, so there is 1 table open, and we asked can we seat for tomorrow he open table, she told me the share table has 2 seats it is for 2 people, She not give us the open table, it was 2 people setting there before us, she not even ask me do you mind share table, so I just left, I’ll never go there again, if she’s there! <br/>And after we just go gumi sushi at No. 3 Road Richmond, there was Line up, even we just 2 people, there is 4 seats table open, the waitress still give us the 4 seats table, even 1 people she still give the 4 seats table, fist come first serve!

Otaru Japanese Kitchen opened up sometime in April inside the Blundell Strip mall. It is just doors away from Sushi Han. We got there relatively early for dinner and it was not too busy. They were having a grand opening promo which gave 15% off. You can order traditional types of sushi, or more modern premium style sushies.
