The Sunday roasts were excellent. The whole roast chicken for two, with yorkshires and multiple veg was huge and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely go back another day of the week, to try the main menu.
Lovely setting, inside has a great traditional feel. Food was decent but a small menu for a pub. Service was very mixed, made a booking but when we arrived they hadn't put us in the correct area and then squeezed us in by putting a few tables together. However, our waiter was great. Great gastropub that combines restaurant and pub. Very atmospheric dining area and really great food all round. I had the sunday roast which was fab. This only comment i have was that the meat was a tad to well done for me. Also very nice service.
