Review Panago Pizza - Richmond

Decent pizza. I find panago crust a bit too glutenous/chewy compared to other fast food pizza places though. Like not 00 flour kinda thing, but alright for a quick meal.

Never knew you can make a dead looking pizza till last night... Even taking a photo, the pizza looked sad. We had New York deli which was all meat, made the pizza so salty. Tropical hawaiian had unequally distributed pineapple and still salty. My boyfriend loves pizza but last night he was also disappointed. We had panago prolly pre pandemic ago and it wasn't tasting underwhelming like this before.

I parked outside of Panago Pizza for less than 2min and then one lady came outside from the restaurant and she told me you cannot park here if you are gonna order something do it now or get out of my restaurant. usually if you go to a restaurant you parked your car and see what you can order inside but she just kick me out super rude. I was surprised I can’t parking there. If I came here to order something for lunch. And then she just came to my car and start yelled at me like Karen. And then she just said get out of my place… what a place to come for order something totally rude. Time: 10:50am. Idk the name of the lady. She was covered with Mask and she refuse to give me her name.

I walked into the store and took some time to think about what to order, when I was ready to order, the staff looked so unfriendly and impolite. I asked the staff how long it was gonna take, the staff said 15mins. And I decided to leave because the waiting time was long for me. I walked out and stood in front of the store a little bit where my car parked, then the staff came out and asked me was it your car? you need to go. Just because i decided so long and then I didn’t order anything? Sorry, I wasted the staff’s time. I realized it is why this store has a low ranking score. I don’t wanna come again! Customer service is really bad! It’s not gonna help a store to survive.

Everyone at this location is so friendly!! We get a smile and a lovely greeting every time they deliver or we pickup. Happy to support this team :)

Ordered online and picked up. Love their create our own pizza so that bf and i can order our own sides (half/half) on just 1 pizza. U can choose size, sauce, cheese, dip, meat, veggies! Their honey garlic wings was soooooo good - highly recommended! Will definitely order again! $3.5 for a mini cheesecake was a bit pricey!

It was my first time ordering from this location and the staff were all great and went above and beyond to help me resolve a payment issue. Full social distancing and COVID prevention procedures were put in place. And the pizza tasted great too! ;)

I deliver food with uber, when i went to pickup the food, the staff started shouting for the thermal Bag, my car was (reverse) parked on the door (maximum 5 feet from the glass door). I opened the boot with the car key from inside and asked them that i will surely put the food inside the bag as always. As they can clearly see the bag in the car. But they both started shouting to bring the bag inside. They disrespected me, even though they didnot packed their food very well. Just terrible experience happened on that location.

A clerk assaulted me when I was trying to deliver food. This was the Richmond,BC Panago location located 7771 Westminster HWY.<br/><br/>I showed the clerk my phone with the order and name of customer provided. I then was asked if I have a hot bag.<br/><br/>I told them my food company did not give me a bag I am new to this company.However I can bring out my Doordash bag to confirm I am here to deliver food.<br/><br/>I brought out my bag and then was given the food and I said to the clerk if most guys get asked for a bag. <br/><br/>Another clerk then came out aggressively and told me to put the food in the bag. I told him I can’t because I have too many things in my hand like my phone and I don’t want to touch all these surfaces because of covid so I’ll put it in my car.<br/><br/>I was leaving to the car and going to place food in the bag and I see from behind the aggressive clerk start to pull my arm and wrestle my arm to grab the food yelling I’m not going to dispatch the food to you.<br/><br/>There was no need for the clerk to physically grab the food away from me after I already verify for which customer it is and proof that I have a bag.

I ordered from this Panago pizza through UberEat. My private information should be protected by UberEat but I am shocked to find that this Panago Pizza actually tried to threaten my Uber Driver in revealing my personal information! <br/>My UberEat driver told me about it and protected my information but this is totally unacceptable for this Panago Pizza, so I have to share this.<br/>I have been to this specific Panago Pizza in person as well and the staffs are rude and unprofessional.<br/>

I haven't had a Panago pizza in decades.  It may be that long again.  There was little by way of toppings.  Hardly any cheese, pepperoni or mushrooms.  The sauce was acidic and bitter.  The crust tasted a lot like cardboard.  And, it was pricey.  The only thing that was up to snuff was the box.

Thorp road panagos. I decided to order panagos ( thorp road location) picked up 2 meat lovers when I got home I was surprised to see there was barely any meat at all in fact I ate a hole large to my self and decided to order more instead from Pizza Hut like I should have in the first place I'm not sure if the staff that was working at the time was being cheap or that's just how the pizza comes either way not the place for me or any one who acutely wants meat on there pizza ( maybe some vegans own it)

I always buy pizza from this pizzeria. Their pizza is good and also the restaurant staff is friendly. Panago Pizza is worth it especially if you need to satisfy your italian food wants

Pizza was NOT GOOD!. We ordered two of their specialty pizzas, and we were disappointed. Would have gotten better pizza at Dominos. The pizza did not taste good and they gave us one fork for 3 salads. Now I know why they serve dipping sauce with the pizza.... it's used to mask the horrible taste.

Another round of Panago pizza from SFDD. Panago has another special promotion, this time it is a meatball pizza. This is a more simple pizza with just big meatballs and cheese. We ordered it from the Westminster Hwy location as usual. View Larger Map We d
