We went there today May 7 and were very pleased with the service. Our server, who was very nice, explained that there might be a wait but it was no longer than any other restaurant we go to. The food came and it was nicely cooked and hot. I would recommend Boston Pizza at Ironwood
Save your money, and avoid a sad and depressing dining experience. The server did not smile once, and his attitude and presence was of being burden by our patronage. The experience was poor and I regret attending. This would also be my last visit to this establishment, there is better elsewhere.
Second time in a row with slow, non existent customer service. Took about 15 minutes for our server to arrive. I had to find a server first. Took another 10 minutes for water to come but I had to ask the hostess for water after the server didn't do it. Lack of tip was given deservingly so.
Went there for the first BUT also the last time.
The food was good.
Service so and so.

They already had an 18% tip on it.
I mean, REALLY?! I always leave a tip and if i'm pleased from the service, even more. But this, here, no!
