Old food mall mostly for Hong Kong people. There are Hong Kong style Cafe, BBQ meat, egg tarts n bakery, Malaysia restaurant, Japanese restaurant ..all sort of oriental cuisine. Free parking and great choices.

It was covid so this place was a shadow of what it must be like normally. A time capsule to who knows when. A couple great independent spots for baked goods and Chinese style bbq. Lots of parking.

Great food for the price. Friendly owner and good service. Highly recommended.

It got couple of cafes and a health care center plus a pharmacy. Also a Chinese restaurant at the east end of the mall. Just want to mention the egg tart bakery is so delicious u have to preorder them otherwise u won't get even one by walk-in or u have to wait 15 min for next hot one out from the oven.

An ugly and awkward looking mall that always seems like on the verge of closing down but has lots of wonderful eateries inside! The mall was planned like an "avenue of bistros", which was great in theory. In practice it becomes just one long covered corridor which, thank goodness, has high ceilings. But with an excellent bbq shop here along with Kibo Sushi and a new HK bakery that won some award or another, it's definitely chock-full of good options! Also, parking is usually plentiful.

Good place to grab a delicious bite to eat! Home to many great BBQ, pastry, and Dim Sum places.

You'll definitely be able to find something good to eat here. The go-to place here is definitely the Chinese BBQ place as they usually have a lineup during dinner time. Can't really complain about any of the other restaurants here as they're legit too

Authentic Asian/Chinese mall. The mall itself is not big but has a variety of different types of Chinese foods restaurants. Prices are very reasonable. Out of all the restaurants in the mall, our family enjoyed the Thai Restaurant the most! Portion of all the foods are big/large and prices are cheap. Plenty of free parking.

We loved the BBQ and fried chicken. Nice space but a little bit noisy. Great price.

There's alot of low-key Chinese, Korean and Japanese cuisines in here. There is also this Chinese bakery that only accepts cash but it's really good pricing.

Quiet little plaza. The dimsum place is pretty good and don't need to wait in line. The other restaurants is also good quality. It a little gathering spot

A small strip mall with a good variety of small restaurants. BBQ, Korean restaurant, Vietnamese restaurant, bakery shop, Dr. office, oriental food restaurants, etc. The mall is not busy.
