It’s has been long time that I have tried falafel and my craving for Mediterranean food took to Rifca. Restaurant is open till late around 10pm so good place for late dinner. It has a small dinning place and old rustic look. We ordered large falafel wrap and it comes with crispy falafel. Falafel is fried to perfection and tastes really good. There seasame & hot sauce is perfect and goes nice with the wrap. We also ordered baba ganoush with pita and trust me that was the last plate and all the ganoush was over and restaurant was out of it.

It has been a few years since I have been to Rifca’s, and it was time for another visit. What I really like about a place like this is that they cook the falafel fresh. Yes, it takes a few more minutes, but fresh is best. A bit of crunch on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. Wrapped in all their standard toppings, and you get salty and a bit of bitter, smooth from the tahini and hummus, crunchy from the pickles and the turnip. A good, filling meal. The only thing that would have made it better was freshly baked pita.
If you love mediterranean food have to try Rifca's Mediterranean Kitchen. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service was great!! Definitely will be coming back soon.
Great Flavour!. Came in with my wife for a quick bite. She had a small falafel & I had the large Chicken Shawarma with Lentil soup. The latter was tasty with good heat & flavour, the soup was good but tasted more Indian than we expected. Her falafel was the same with good heat & flavour but it was left open and not wrapped, as we are accustomed to, so it got quite messy and saucy a few bites in (not sure if we had to ask for it to be wrapped). Overall good eats at reasonable prices.

I just finished having dinner at Rifca's the portion are very generous the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
I had the chicken souvlaki dinner which comes with rice, potato and Greek salad. My husband had chicken shawerma sandwich which comes in two sizes. We also ordered a half dozen of falafel... The are crispy and cooked to perfection!
I can't wait to go back!!

Here i come!. I love these guys! They give good portions all the time. Simple and absolutely friendly. Great atmosphere. Great people. My choice if I don't want to cook.
The chicken Shawarma was absolutely amazing! Best in town!
Expensive and slow. What makes up for it is that it is generally quite good and fresh ... And there really aren't very many alternatives.

Falafal & Shwarma's. MMMM when craving a Falafal or a Shwarma- just go to Rifca's. Fresh, made to order in front of you food is a good thing!
The decor was done by Restaurant makeover - the kitchen is great...the dining area is due for another two coats of paint and a bit of love...as it is a busy place...wear and tear happen.
Now that I have written the review...mmmm thinking i am going for a drive today!
Hands down the best shawarma I’ve ever had! It was full of goodies... The chicken was so moist and delicious. Loved it! The vegetables in it were a great compliment to the rest of the sandwich. The best part of the chicken shawarma was definitely the tzatziki sauce.
