It was a late breakfast, late lunch kind of day when we popped in to Sunset Grill just after 2 pm for a quick bite. They close at 3 pm, but the restaurant was more than half full. I guess other people were having late days too. :)
SWMBO ordered the small Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken. She liked the chicken to salad ratio, and the salad dressing was pretty good. She said the flavour of the salad was better than many other places.
I went relatively light, with the BLT Sandwich. No complaints. Everything was done right.
Great 'Home Made' Soup. I eat at this restaurant regularly, so thought it was time I gave the place some credit.
Great value. very good food.
I eat breakfast here a lot, and appreciate the fact that nothing is fried.
But yesterday I was there for lunch, which is new to me. Surprise! It was really good!
The 'home made' seafood soup and a fresh made veggie wrap was great. The soup had a bit of a spicy edge and there was tobasco for my wrap, the way I like it.

Omelets. Honestly the best omelette I have ever had ! It was fast and with fresh ingredients and after the first one it has become a weekend tradition for the whole family.. Fits the budget and we all order different ingredients. Of all the breakfast diners this one is my favorite. It is CLEAN and family orientated. But......Beware there are often line ups on the weekends.
