Came by on a Friday night for their current special ("10 Entrees for $10"). Ordered a burger and added a Spinach Dip taster plate to my meal for $5. The deep-fried pita bread that came with the Spinach Dip was interesting — sweet and savoury at the same time, with a dense but spongy texture. What made the meal for me was the absolutely delicious pretzel bun that held my burger together. I need to find out where to buy them! The bun was soft and chewy, lightly salted, and tasted just like those giant pretzels you get at your local carnival. Mmmm ; ) Overall the food was alright, but with the current special going on, at least my wallet was very satisfied.

The best Kelsey's location, I really have nothing bad to say about this place. Food is fantastic and endless options for the picky eater. Ive been coming here for years the staff is great...the bartender is a rocket. To top it all off they have the best spinach dip i've ever had. If you missed my comment before the bartender is a 🚀

Great food but just not enough of it. One girl is helluva sexy she leaves nothing wanting. I am talking about the blond one. I am a true believer.

The food was overall good. The salad was big and I really liked the veggies and cheese, but near the end of the salad it was soaked in the dressing which is very sour. The large chicken souvlaki was super tasty and the fries were amazing and crunchy, but pricing it at $30.50 is a bit high. The regular salmon was $23 and was well cooked, just a bit small and weirdly long and narrow, but the price is more reasonable. Spent over $70 for this dinner after tax and tip, not sure if I’ll be back for the dinner but they do have a good deal during lunch on weekdays for $15 for chicken souvlaki.

There are several franchise locations, and have been to three of them. Frequent this one often when I'm in the area. Has a fireplace in the dining areas. There is an outdoor patio and a bar. The express lunch are quick and reasonable priced

Pretty bland food, but my parents rated it an 8.5 and a 7.5. maybe the Greek salad I didn't have was very good. Very nice atmosphere and nice staff.

This was our first time visiting Astoria and we were not disappointed. The server fired up the Saganaki with flare, the food was fresh and tasty. Even when a group of about 20 people came in, the server wasn't phased at all and remained efficient and professional. We were particularly pleased with the decor and atmosphere. A simply lovely dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Astoria Shish Kebob Restaurant, and I must say that the experience surpassed my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly remarkable evening. Let's start with the star of the show: the food. Astoria Shish Kebob Restaurant takes Mediterranean cuisine to new heights. Each dish was a work of art, meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The kebabs were succulent and perfectly seasoned, while the salad added a delightful freshness to the meal. The diverse menu catered to all palates, with a wide range of options for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. From the tender lamb chops to the fragrant rice pilaf and potatoes, every bite was a culinary revelation. What truly sets Astoria Shish Kebob Restaurant apart is its exceptional service. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, especially the manager Perry who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. They provided insightful recommendations and was exceptional in accommodating our party requests. The servers were prompt and efficient, ensuring that our glasses were never empty, and our needs were promptly addressed. The level of professionalism and genuine care for their customers was truly commendable. The environment at Astoria Shish Kebob Restaurant is simply wonderful. The elegant decor, with its warm colors and traditional accents, created an inviting and cozy ambiance especially on the patio which we all felt like on the Greek Riviera. The shade and ambiance added a touch of home away from home especially for some who is not from that part of the world, making it an ideal spot for group gathering, sports groups or a special occasion. The restaurant's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the impeccably set tables to the comfortable seating arrangements. It was a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. I also want to mention the attention given to cleanliness and hygiene. In the current times, it is reassuring to see a restaurant that takes the safety and well-being of its patrons seriously. Astoria Shish Kebob Restaurant adhered to all the necessary protocols, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment without compromising on the overall experience. In conclusion, Astoria Shish Kebob Restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves to be celebrated. With its delectable cuisine, impeccable service, and enchanting ambiance, it is a must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience. Whether you are a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or simply appreciate exceptional food and service, this restaurant will leave you truly impressed. I can't wait to return and savor more of their mouthwatering creations. thank you for the awesome experience

This a takeout review for their 2 for 1 Tuesday promotion that I picked up today. The food was good and prepared fresh and the service was quick. The overall value on the Tuesday promo was well worth it as you got 2 Large Pork Dinners for around $25 tax in which was more than fair. I’m not sure if I’d say the same if it was $25 each because their takeout containers are quite small and it seems you get way more for the same price when you dine in so if I was to pay full price I’d much rather prefer to dine in. As for the 2 for 1 Tuesday special I still think it’s a great deal for the price so I will most likely order it again one Tuesday if the promotion is still on 👌🏼

Was going for Deli after picking up car from mechanic but they close dining area at 3pm. Decided on Greek food as an alternative and we went to our go-to place, Astoria in Richmond Hill. We ordered 2-Large Pork Souvlaki Dinners with (Grilled Pork Skewer W/Tzatziki Sauce, Seasoned Rice, Roasted Greek Potatoes, Traditional Greek Salad) and sides of Garlic Bread. Meal was delicious!!!! Found out cook was a female and kudos to the chef. Salad was magnificently dressed with a good hit of vinaigrette and the Meat was so tender & perfectly charred and the sides closed the deal. Recommend highly.

Excellent tasting food. The waiter was helpful in recommending dishes and portions. As we were the only customers in at the time, we were well attended by the waiter. We ordered a large pork souvlaki to share between 2 and it was filling, had baklava for dessert, generous portion, tasted great but regret all the calories afterwards.

We had family of four and food was not great at all. I ordered Souvlaki. They served my kids school lunch, so I thought it would be good food fresh. The souvlaki tasted like microwaved. :(. Even I stoped ordering lunch mane due to Astoria after my visit.

Good place to come for Greek food. Flavors were great - especially the breaded shrimp, calamari, and the rice. Service was also prompt and thoughtful. The menu is a bit pricy for the quantity you get compared to other Greek restaurants I've been to however.

My go to place for souvlaki as they are only located about 10 mins from me. Located by the Costco on Elgin Mills and Leslie, has spacious parking. Interior is nice, bright and clean. They have a bar section and a dining room with lots of booth options. The service here is always amazing. Never had a bad experience here. Their tzatziki sauce is my absolute favourite, if you're a fan of garlic this is it. Heavy garlic flavour, thick and creamy. Their souvlaki's are always tender and juicy. You can order the small or large dinner that comes with tzatziki sauce, pita, Greek salad and your choice of sides. They also serve saganaki which is a Greek fried cheese that they bring table side and light up and yell OPA. A cool fun experience. They offer express lunch menu for about $12-13 which comes with either Pork or Chicken Souvlaki served with Greek Salad, tzatziki, pita and your choice of a side between roasted potatoes, rice or fries.
