Review Vivo - Pizza & Pasta - Richmond Hill

I really liked their arancini and salami pizza, the penne pasta was a bit too salty for me but my mom enjoyed it especially with the fatty protein bits - plus the size was quite generous.

Our experience was great, we had a great meal with one of my favourite chardonnays Our waitress was very attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed, Might have been longer wait times then normal but understood the situation as a major storm came through Vaughan and Richmond Hill knocking out power to many houses. The staff needed to deal with an irate , she had come in freaking out because her order wasn’t ready yet. The staff were professional and worked to defuse the situation, but the lady wouldn’t let up. They seemed to rush her order and get her on her way. Not to mention she came in the restaurant with her dog and continued to yell at the manager even after she got her food and her husband left, guessing he was embarrassed in her actions. Bravo to the staff!

Food and customer service is good. However, it was very pricey for a quick service restaurant. Ordered 2 Margherita pizza and 5 pieces of lamp sewers

Ordered online. Told to pick up in 31 to 41 minutes. Got there in 40 minutes food had not been started. Manager totally unprofessional, blamed it on “corporates” unattainable on line ordering time frames, even though received an email confirming pick up time. Very poor customer experience. Very unprofessional behaviour. Hmmmm justmike not sure where you live and your relationship with the Vivo manager, but I can assure you there was no power outage at Bathurst and Rutherford. Wouldn’t have had to go into the restaurant with my very sweet dog if my food had been ready when it was supposed to be ready.

Very delicious food, we tried pasta and the pizza and it was amazing. The service is fast and very friendly. The interior design is simple but modern and spacious. It's also a very clean place which is a good sign for a restaurant. Definitely will return for another visit.

I really wanted to love this place or at least even like it. Ordered for delivery through Uber Eats, first time trying this place. Ordered cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and vodka penne. Pizza was cold and soggy, pasta was lukewarm. Mind you, I know with delivery, chances are you have to reheat the food, especially with thin wood oven pizza. This is NOT the restaurants fault. However, the pizza was so thin that it was soggy, couldn't pick it up, even after reheating. Not much flavour at all, sauce had zero flavour as it was mostly water. Pasta was OK at best. The pancetta was cut into cubes that was all fat, literally. Pasta was also overcooked, but again, probably not their fault as pasta still cooks when hot, so by the time it got my me, it was very overcooked. Food is good but really lacking flavour, everything was just bland. I'm glad I tried them but won't order from them again, too bad.

Yesterday we had Vivo Pasta & Pizza. My coworker really enjoyed her pizza. She gave it a five star for foldability as she likes to be able to fold her pizza. I had the gnocchi which was great. Good portions and yummy. Loved the meat sauce. My other coworker had the sausage penne and also enjoyed it!

Went here with my kids and hubby. The food was very basic for the price. I could have saved a lot just cooking at home that night. The adult pasta portion for about $17 was only the pasta and very basic sauce ( pasta drenched and overloaded in very cheap sauce) portions very small. The pizza was soggy and all toppings would slide off when taking it apart. I couldn’t believe how much we spent for this food. Won’t be returning.
