Review Big Daddy's Restaurant - Richmond Hill

Had a great traditional homestyle breakfast which was all day and quite cheep. I had an omelette and eggs with sausage; everything turned out amazing.

Ok. This place is literally a dive. But honestly, it’s so great. I go with a friend at least one Sunday a month, sometimes more. We always tend to get breakfast, which is fantastic but, we’ve gotten lunch on occasion. Portions are just great. Food tastes excellent. Greasy but delicious, you know? Good service and some of the best “diner” coffee I’ve had.

Got the breakfast and it wasn’t good. Potatoes were under cooked and the sausage were not good tasting. It was pricy for what you got. Smallest amount of Homefries I’ve ever gotten. Will not be returning

Review from Kayla Rushton Thank you Big Daddy's for making and sending a delicious and hot meal within 15-20 minutes to my Step Mom Sue. She said it is delicious! Thankful for being able to send food to her home while I work from home in Lisle :) Big Daddys Richmond Hill always has been the best!!

Very classical western style diner at front, bar and singing band at rear area. The cook is very busy, and like to give customers the best taste food he can offer. Even it means to he will re-cook the meal all over again.

I give 3 stars for now on price and let's see where we go from here once we taste the French onion soup and mashed potatoes. I will definitely order again but this time I want to take my woman to the restaurant for a dining in experience and go for that 5 star option. They really jazzed up the place and did a good job.

I went to have breakfast with my wife at this place and I totally regretted it. As we were waiting for our food, our seating was right next to the kitchen and then I heard the cook sneeze,ok I didn't think nothing of it until 1mins later we heard a cough and a sneeze. You know what it didn't sit well with me i had to see if a least the cook was wearing a mask and i know people they don't have too,but during covid-19 times I'm not risking it,he was not wearing a mask, I found that disgusting so i got up and told the waitress we were sorry,we cancelling our order.

Walked in, no one there to acknowledge us so we seated ourselves. Waited at our table for a full 5 min, seriously considering walking out, when a server finally came over and gave us menus. The food was actually delicious and just what we needed. The entire time we were there, only 3 people walked in and they all headed straight to the bar in the back. They all seemed like regulars. We were the only ones in the dining area the whole time. Food was yummy but probably won't be back due to the unwelcoming vibe.

Only been for breakfast. Great little hole in the wall diner for eggs, bacon and home fries. Prices are exceptional, service is friendly and no lineups out the door on weekends like the Cora's and Sunset Grill nearby.

Great breakfast option in Richmond Hill

Big Daddy’s is a local mom and pop’s store in Richmond Hill. Don’t expect anything fancy but their burgers are amazing! They have the old-fashion booth styles with wooden bar tops and a small CRT tv at the corner of the restaurant. We were friendly greeted by the waitress upon seated. MJ and I went on a Wednesday night and noticed they also serve fish and chips for $8.99. But MJ kept telling me that their burger is good so I really wanted to try it first. We went for the 2-can-dine for $12.99 that was not advertised anywhere…but somehow MJ knows about it and the waitress honoured it. 2 burgers 2 pop with a choice of side (salad, fries or onion rings (additional 50 cents). After about 15-20 minutes, our burgers and sides arrived! It was a decent portion with ketchup, radish, mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and pickles in it already. The patty was served hot with the bun slightly toasted. The burger was delicious, it was just cooked right and juicey in every bite. Our fries and onion
