Review Panera Bread - Richmond Hill

This is a solid Panera, they have good quality food as well as good service. There is ample parking also.

Big chain soup, salad, sandwich, and pastry restaurant. You order your food and eat at a table similar to Aroma Coffee establishments. The food items are done well with many classic items, they have a great all you can drink option with no calorie tea cocktails. Another cool item is year round bread bowl options for the soups! My biggest gripe is the overall cost, $12 for a "full size" sandwich is kinda steep, especially if you just order a grilled cheese. I give them 7/10!

The food is fresh and there are lots of options. They do have kids meals. I like their mac n cheese option because it's real mac n cheese (not KD). The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit steeper for an everyday place but it's nice for a treat. Btw their cinnamon bagel is to die for! Great on a cheat day!

I come often to the Panera Cafe at Yonge/16th Ave, Richmond Hill. Coffee is good and sandwich is tasty. The setting is comfortable to sit for an hour. I meet my mortgage clients here from time to time because the location is convenient, with free Wi-Fi and parking. The restaurant staff members here are friendly and helpful. Thank you! The thing I like most is free coffee refill. Overall rating: 4.30.

4 Stars because it is pricey especially for being a very casual cafe atmosphere and food portions are not very big. Otherwise food, pastries and coffee drinks are tasty and they do offer a diverse menu with healthy options. That service is fast and staff are friendly. I really love the cinnamon latte!

I've been to this place twice, and I'll never go back. First time the cappuccino tastes like powder milk and the orange juice was like sugar and water without any taste. I went again to give it a second chance... Their hot chocolate was awful. It doesn't taste like chocolate (more like water with a bit of milk). The wifi is useless. Opening a simple google page took around 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to write this review despite having a very bad experience. I hope it'll be useful and it helps them to improve.

I love this place because of their broccoli cheddar soup. Otherwise, their salads are good, their sandwiches are Ok but nothing impressive. They have a pick 2 formula whereby u pick any 2 different items half size along with either an apple, bread, or chips for a very affordable price.

Great place. Bright and specious. Caring staff. Delicious pastry. Definitely a 5 stars!

Food is still ok, but cleanliness seems to be a problem as we can smell stale food by the drinks machine. People there must be overworked or bored, the female cashier was sighing a few time while taking our order and that was Sunday evening at 7pm!!!

I am a regular customer to Panera and found that the experience tonight was totally unacceptable. I walked in at 820pm and there was 3 customers in front of me. There was only one cashier working even though there were at least 4 other staff doing cleaning around the store. 10 min later while I was still waiting to order, a staff came by and told everyone that the store was closing at 9pm. It was obviously clear that they wanted us to leave so that they could close on time. I had to wait for another 10 min for the food to finally come. while I was eating now, the staff kept sweeping the floor back and forth beside me, and i had to finish it really fast so that I could make sure that no one would be mad at me staying till the close time. Didn't think it's a good idea to sweep the floor in front of guest when I was still eating and I was worrying that dust might get into my food. I am really disappointed about my experience tonight and I will avoid coming for late dinner in the future.

This place totally kicks ass I thought it only sold bread all this time Place is always packed I would be their SPOKESPERSON if they ever needed one Place rocks...don't believe the crap below by all these cheeseballs...I'm a Richmond hill veteran, my word can be trusted....ALWAYS...ask anyone in town

It was very nice, we had a sandwich which was also nice, very good service, all and all a very good experiance

To long of a wait and my order was completely wrong! This was drive thru! I'm disappointed and never again!

Arrived at Panera this a.m. To make a purchase. When we tried to pay with a $50bill, we were told they had no change. Seems cash doesn't count anymore.

To manager six am shift April 29 Waiting 15 minutes at the door at six am . Basically told they were no ready for business, seem to me if they are not ready for business then change the booster hours of operation on the window

Just got a Thai Chicken Salad and Ham and Swiss Sandwich. Chicken was missing and Swiss was missing. I want my money back.

Variety of food. Could be a great environment if some of the students don't sit there for hours to make noise.
