Review Persian Palace - Richmond Hill

Great place. To dine, have events, birthdays, dates everything. Great service and food too. Luxury place for reasonable price. They have live persian music too.

I’ve been here for special events and gatherings. It’s overall good but I find that the food is served cold. The live music is very nice and makes it a fun atmosphere. It does however get too loud at times, so it’s hard to have a conversation. You also have to be comfortable being around a big crowd again with the lifting of restrictions.

Had a great time and the food was amazing. Did take a little long to get served but the live music and dancing makes the time fly by.

I was at Persian Palace for a wedding party yesterday. Amazing food and desert, great atmosphere. The service was very attentive and the staff were friendly. Specially Mr. Siamak with his energy make everything enjoy the dance part. I had a good experience and enjoyed a lot.

We arranged and recently held our wedding celebration party at Persian Palace. I cannot speak highly enough about Syed, Suheila and all of the friendly and attentive staff at this restaurant, which presents as 2 separate banquet halls. The ambiance of the front dining room and dance floor area is spectacular; and of course, the food is completely delicious and reasonably priced. If you are looking for an amazing venue to host your next party, or just a nice romantic dinner for 2, you should definitely consider Persian Palace. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this venue.

Hi everyone! I have called this restaurant to reserve a table on Sunday for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately I didn’t like the service, whatever we wanted on their menu was not available! I am Persian and I felt so much embarrassed. My parenté asked for ice tea they didn’t have! We were so surprise that this restaurant was for big to take whatever they have. They provide menu but when you ask they say it is not available. Then it is better to shut it down if you can not serve people. There was X6 no music on, we were not expecting that. Not only we never go there again but also we don’t recommend anyone go there too. Thank you for reading our review.

Amazing food, just great! The service was very attentive and friendly. The only thing I would not recommend is cream brûlée - it is the one they sell at Costco. Otherwise, the food and service were superb!

We had a memorial event in Persian Palace last night and I am very happy and pleased with the service that we received. Everything was great: set up, food, staff behaviour,… I would recommend this place if you are planning for an event or gathering.

Restaurant is set up a like a wedding hall nonetheless the ambience is far better compared to other Persian restaurants in the area. Everything is beautifully presented and servings are satisfactory. The restaurant do charge a bit more for the same quality food one can get elsewhere. It’s pretty quite too on the weekdays and afternoons. Giving them 4 stars for the cleanliness and quality. Taking away a star for the wedding hall decor and price.

food and service is excellent. This place is so chic, upscale. Truly enjoy the decor and chandeliers in every room. I love the Koobideh, It amazing!!!

Great Surprise. For the first time I had my surprise birth day party at persian palace, I live downtown of toronto and never knew this place excited. I loved the music, food and service. It was worth every penny which the Canadian Gov don't make em ne more.

Managemer/Owner. I called in to reserve a table and the manager asked for credit card, I was not comfortbale giving out the number, I gave them my name and phone No,but they did not trust me ,I asked for the owner to explain why I am not comfortable to give out my credit card No ,the owner also said we do not trust people ,since we have had bad experience in the past,I tried to explain to him you can not judge the people by having couple of bad experince,however he said if I do not give credit card info then he said "You do not come to my restaurant". I was insulted hearing this and as a customer who was going to this restaurant for 2 yrs I was shocked and disapointed.<br/>Giving credit card to someone over the phone is a concern of fraud.<br/>The owner made a mistke by calling all the customers cheaters ,I had right not giving them my credit card No,(for fraud concerns)<br/>I do not recommend this restaurant because of the way they treat and judge their customers.

Will go again. The decor was very nice, service was great, and the food was spectacular.

Iranian Food In A Palatial Setting?. E: Persian Palace serves Iranian food and specializes in 'chelo kabab,' which is skewers of meat and long grain rice. I have eaten there twice and found the koobideh kabab (minced meat) and barg kabab (tenderloin) to be very tasty and made from quality cuts of meat. The kabab skewers are well marinated and grilled well. The rice is fluffy and light and topped with saffron. <br/>The sides and appetizers are also sublime.<br/>The prices are set accordingly. Iranian sit-down food is not cheap and Persian Palace charges a premium. <br/>-<br/>A: It is ironic that this restaurant is set in a gallery-like setting resembling the foyer or the dining room of a palace. This restaurant's location was formerly a seedy motel where rooms were probably rented by the hour. They must have done quite a bit of redecorating.<br/>The main dining area, the corridor in the back, the bathrooms and the banquet hall and private rooms are all well-appointed and have a posh air to them. They probably host weddings as well.<br/>Unfortunately, perhaps owing to the price level of the restaurant, the restaurant has been sparsely filled should one look forward to a busy restaurant or eating in the company of other diners.<br/>Nonetheless, the round dining room, decorative setting and high ceilings look high-class. The restaurant is adorned with ancient Persian art motif.<br/>-<br/>T: The restaurant's parking lot is right outside and is rarely full. The hostess will sit guests quickly and the waitstaff are quick to arrive. The food arrives in a reasonable time, if not quickly. The bill was a little slower in coming.<br/>-<br/>S: The service is quite impressive as well. The waiter and the waitresses wore white gloves and attended to us with acumen. They do try to be polite.<br/>Past the politeness, the chinaware was indeed of quality.<br/>For special occasions or quality Iranian 'restaurant food' Persian Palace occupies the higher end of the Iranian cuisine

WOW WOW WOW. Persian Palace blew me away...when you first enter the building it looks nothing like the inside. your greeted by a host and they have coat check...after being seated in the grand dining room with this amazing chandelier you feel like you are totally somewhere else...The food is spectacular...the service is great ! they have a banquet room a lounge and a restaurant all under one roof...you should also check out their live music events so lively and fun...totally a great outing overall!

The food & service was fantastic. On the way out, my eye caught their VIP room. Great atmosphere. Perfect room for meetings.

Wow!. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. it truly looks like a palace and the service allows you to feel the royalty. We like to go there for all our special occasions. Their Koobieh is the most amazing meat I have ever tasted. Highly recommend!
