Review Eggsmart - Richmond Hill

My office is nearby and this is my usual breakfast spot. Been ordering through Uber for the past 2 years. There were occasional issues with wrong order or items at the beginning but understandable with COVID changes. The past year has been much better. I usually order traditional breakfast, eggs with sausages. Over easy eggs are done just right. Sausages are crispy but tender. Potato could be a bit more crispy but overall still good. Very classic breakfast nothing fancy, but always consistent which is a rare quality.

Fresh gourmet food. Love the skillet & quantity, taste & quality were excellent which goes extra mile with the courteous service. Would love to vusit again during my next trip

The servers are friendly & tentative and are always around to refill your coffee when you're low. Everything that we tried so far has been done just right. You can tell that they really serve and cook with care as nothing ever tasted greasy, love this place!

They put the cinnamon on top of the eggs not the waffle. Eggs were cooked nicely. The sausages were way too salty.

Lovely experience at this nice beautiful place!! Ordered avocado omelettes and pancake.. everything tasted really good!! Would love to try other items too. Keep up the great work guys! Loved the service!

Food was disappointing compared to the menu photos. The poutine arrived cold and lumpy gravy. They forgot to put bacon pieces in so they gave me three strips on the side. The orange juice wasn’t freshly pressed. It was Tropicana Orange Juice.

Food and service was really good.. food took abit longer then usual as it was extra busy but we didn't mind. It was a Sunday, a relaxed day

Great Breakfast & Amazing Service as always! My server today was Liz, she was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Julie also did a table check even though it wasn't her table. The two work great together. Food was good as always! I will always drive out of my way to come back to this location.

2019/01/13<br/>We were on our way to do some errands, and we stopped at Eggsmart for lunch. This location is in the middle of a commercial and industrial neighbourhood, but was still about half full at lunchtime on a Sunday. <br/><br/>SWBMO picked the Clubhouse Sandwich with a side of Fries. The grilled chicken was a bit dry, but the bacon was nice and crispy. The fries were double fried, giving them a little crispness on the outside. <br/><br/>I chose the Mediterranean Omelette. Four eggs, somewhat fluffy, filled with black olives, onions, tomato, green pepper and feta. Lots of good stuff. The home fries were nicely done, with some caramelization. <br/><br/>Our server was training someone new, so we had two for the price of one.

Buy 1 GET 1 Free was a big LIE. I took myself daughter and beautiful granddaughter out for breakfast at this location in RichmondHill,, Off Sixteenth ave sit down at about 9:15am was ask if I would like a coffee in a very rushed manner I said yes she brought back three coffee one for myself, 15 year old daughter who do not and dont like coffee and also one for my granddaughter who is only 5 years old when I stated to her I was the only one who wanted a coffee she was very unpleasant not very nice in a big big rush had a very bad attitude came back then asked what would we like to eat. I asked if possible please take the coffee back again and please If possible my daughter and grandchildren could have a hot chocolate she seemed as if she was to busy and not very pleasant I felt very very unconfortable I asked my daughter if she wanted to leave she saids no mommie lets stay because she knew I wanted to treat them to a great Breafast so the lady"Watris" came back with the hot choc and left without taking the our order she ran off and I asked please lady if possible can we order and something to eat. She said she will be right back came 10 min later.......Upon taking our order I stated to her that I have Coupons Buy 1 meal get one free she told me that I could not use them. I called up two friends of mind and ask them to check out the deal in the flyer in RichmondHill, At this point I really didn't want to make a confortation I felt she had some good friends over in the corner and wanted to assist them. I would love to know why if a person come out early in the morning to have a nice meal be treated in such a manner. Why couldn't I use my coupons. <br/><br/>Buy

We went for breakfast on Saturday. They accommodated our large party and we were out in about a hour. The food was hot and the service was friendly and attentive.

Review is wrong. "Megz" review of Eggsmart is incorrect. Coffee is not FREE, it is an exorbitant $1.79 per cup. Sure, the $3.99 breakfast special sounds like a deal, but add the extra $1.79, and you're paying $5.78 + tax + tip for basic bacon & eggs, which you can get for $4.75 or less (coffee included) at other Richmond Hill spots, like the 3 Coins or Big Daddy's. <br/><br/>The food itself is fine for basic breakfast fare - no complaints there - but to say it's a great deal is a complete exaggeration.

The food is great,but when it come to service, it sucks ....... I can understand it is busy, come on now put a smile in your face ...!

Eggsmart is a place where you can go with your family. This place amazed me when the food came out. It's not greasy or fatty AT ALL!!! And the customer service is always coming around to see how u like it andd best part is, ITS AFFORTABLE!! They give coffee for free and even refills are free. It's affortable - and the servings are amazingly huge - it's worth your dollar to go there! Listen I have a family of four and the food, drinks, and the tip altogther ONLY costed me about $30 and that's amazing! Did u mention that your food comes with some fresh fruit!! It's not like Coras the fruit all Saugy cause it's drounded in syrup... U decide but decide well.. Just try it out

For the price (especially with the deal), I think it’s a good-valued place to go for brunch!
