Review Chuck E. Cheese - Regina

What a blast from the past! It was great to share a childhood memory with my child and have them enjoy it just as much as I did. The food was great, and the atmosphere was fun and outgoing. We had an awesome time and would highly recommend it to anyone stopping in Regina.

The food was alright, although we didn't really go for fine dining. The Kids had a blast there and for the price they got a lot of game play. It's neat that you can pause the time on their play cards when food arrived. The food was not bad, they even had a salad bar option for those not in the mood for pizza.

Was fun, and the games are spread out, so you're not bumping into anyone. Great place to spend with your kids.

Had so much fun watching our grandson run from game to game with so much excitement. His eyes were the size of Beach balls. Lol. It so great living vicariously through a child's eyes. Of course it's pricey but you can't put a price on a good time... don't do it. It's so worth time well spent.

I had my daughters birthday party here and was very surprised at how well everything went! While the 2 hours of playtime felt a little short due to all the birthday activities we were able to get the last of our playing done after our time. The best part of the experience was definitely our party host, who was extremely pleasant and always helping us and asking us if we need anything. The host was also very energetic and entertaining when it came to the Birthday show with Chuck E, she really helped make my daughter’s day far more enjoyable! For everything provided I thought the price was fair aswell! I would definitely bring my kids here again!

Ive never seen an establishment as busy as this with super clean bathroom and consistent wiping of machines and most especially superb staff who gives you those warm genuine smiles, genuine assistance with no sign of forcing themselves to do it. Thank you staff of chuckee cheese for todays (July 23,2023) fun and taking care of me and my family. Keep it up you guys and more blessings i take teviews seriously coz when i go to a place i always read their reviews if they are worth supporting and spending your hard earned money

This is our new place to take our kids! The overall store has done updates. The place is spacious, clean and well-lit. The arcade games are now all on a swipe card and the tickets are counted electronically. I also really enjoy the option for purchasing credits or times. It provides flexibility for kids of all ages. The prices are reasonable and there are many game options. It is suitable for all ages from toddlers to teenagers. Hope to try out the food next time to do more review.

About what you'd expect for a Chuck e cheese. None of the games were down or malfunctioning. Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was as good as you would hope for at a kid's arcade.

Hi there...I have tried to find a contact us form or email address to provide private feedback. There does not appear to be one. I think this story is an important one for you to know. Last Wednesday I took my ten-year-old son to your establishment to play. I asked for $20 worth of chips (now cards). The cashier spent quite a bit of time convincing me that if I got the $30 card I would be getting a great value deal based on the number of games he could play. I agreed to purchase, trusting that they were acting in my best interest. Half an hour later my son was out of tokens and so we started to get ready to leave when I noticed a huge poster inside the front door area that said "unlimited play time Wednesday nights for $14.99". Startled, I asked her why she would upsell me to $30 when the whole night could have been $14? She smiled and walked away. As a customer I feel violated by those actions. As an owner I sincerely hope you are affected by this story....enough to investigate and maybe change this story for the next customer. Regards...

BAD management , this place run with very bad attitude,ppl who works there can't deal with kids, i will never recommend this location to anyone

We are here now. The staff person came out and told us wait I am on a break. The bathrooms have not been cleaned for over one hour and one half while we were here. The tables are not cleaned and the manager was asked and he ducked into the back and we waited. There were six in line trying to trade in tickets. If I owned the place there would be a number of staff gone.

Take away the franchise from your operator in Regina. His callous, arrogant attitude is a disservice to your corporation. Hopefully the complainant will take your company before the Human Rights Commission and win a big settlement...maybe one that will bankrupt the franchisee. In the interim, count on the city health inspectors to be coming in to take meticulous inspections, the CRA to investigate your GST accounts, etc. Karma will dictate your fate.

Never going back. Total rip off spent over $60 on the new card system and within 15 minutes they were empty. And in the end the kid got a tootsie roll. Chunky Cheese must be in financial problems and want to grab as much money as they can before they go under.

Got to chuck e cheese at about 11:45. Got the buffet for 2 kids and 5 adults, there was 1 pizza that was half gone left on the buffet and a scoop of salad. They said the buffet would be restocked shortly....it never was. Lots of games were broken and it seems pretty pricy.

When chuckle cheese first open it’s was great. Now this place has gone down hill. I will not take my kids here anymore. Especially the changes they just made now instead of coins it is cards. Now its more expensive. Kids can only play 6 games and wristbands?

Disappointed. My pizza was extremely greasy.. the dough/crust was paper thin. I got 200 points on the card with my combo & added 300 extra to the card. It was gone within 15-20 minutes and my daughter hadn't even played many games. The tokens lasted longer and were way better than this new points system. I don't think I will be taking my daughter's back to waste money here.

The girls just love this place. It's a bit loud for a old man. Food isn't the best for adults.

If there was a big fat 0 I would pick it! To not allow someone in with a registered service dog is utterly disgraceful!! In this day and age I am astounded at the lack of knowledge when it comes to CANADIAN laws!!! Because it is a place for children as your employee said several times is not a proper reason to disallow a seeing eye dog...you know ...someone's eyes!!

We took our family and the workers were rude. The food took long to come out and then they never have bone in wings. Spoke to manager and said that if I want that I have to go on a Friday or Saturday.Had problems with the games. Had to be looking for the staff to help. Then they turned off the games without any warning. Even Peter Piper gives a 45min warning before turning off the games. We were Very unsatisfied.

My son's favorite place we drive all the way from Saskatoon for his birthdays. He is autistic and on the wait list for a service dog. Guess we are NEVER coming back. Discusting and against basic human rights!!

So let me get this straight! You actually have managers who think service anaimals are not allowed in your restaurant??!! That\s a special kind of stupid you have there!

I do like the games and security, but the fact they have such a high security in place for child supervision and then allow parents/adults to have alcoholic beverages whilst supposed to be supervising there own children and have no regulations or actions in place to make sure people are not leaving their establishment under the influence with children in the vehicle?? Can any of the spokesman/woman say or respond as to why "chuckee cheese" not only endorses bad behaviour but allows parents to drink and drive after bringing kids to a professional establishment meant for children.

Dropped my daughters first custom cake and offered to replace it with their cake. Horrible service

ChuckECheeses - you don’t allow service dogs? You got to be kidding! Little out of date don’t you think. I’ll be letting all our friends and their kids know about your policy. Unfortunately there isn’t a negative star rating. ☹️

Used to bring the grandkids here all the time. I am so disgusted with their change it’s pathetic. You have to rip little kids off that had. Shame on you. The game times and ride times have been cut in half if not less. We will take them to Dino bouncers from now on.
