The little sibling to Fresh & Sweet! A nice stop if your looking for a bit of sweetness in your day or just need a cup of coffee. They can be pretty busy during the lunch hour. However, I highly recommend them for their croissant breakfast sandwiches and treats. Otherwise, you might have better luck going to the larger location.

Great place to grab a quick lunch, and daily special rotation keeps new item available. I eat there every day and never get bored or tired of it. Desserts and coffee are great as well for a treat or anytime.

Best Place In Regina. I've just moved here from Australia and have been investigating the food options out in Regina - Fresh on Hamilton is my favorite place to eat lunch by far! The food is super fresh, so extremely tasty, health and well priced! The wraps are absolutely delicious and the soups are amazing! The people are always lovely - definitely best place in Regina and surpasses my high expectation of food qualify and taste:)

Downtown Worker. I have gone here a few times now; at first it was great, very fresh and it seemed like there was a lot of effort put into making the food look and taste good. Lately though it has been very disappointing...the portions have been cut majorly and it seems that the food is put together very quick and very sloppy. The "hot" grilled sandwich was basically cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while...and the soup was probably half the size I had received the last time I went. Also the last few times the staff has seemed a lot less friendly. Very sad as I was very excited about this restaurant the first time I went there.

Great cupcakes and coffee!. Wast walking buy to find something for breakfast when I found this cute coffee shop.<br/><br/>Ordered a "fajita egg sandwich" and it was fresh and very good! Peppers, tomatoes, cheese in a wrap.<br/><br/>Coffee is great and cupcakes very fresh (mini-cupcakes were free for there 1st anniversary!).<br/><br/>I recommend it without hesitation!

Very Disappointing. I've been going to Fresh on Hamilton for the occasional lunch and have noticed recently that the portion sizes have been greatly reduced. The prices are still the same. <br/><br/>Also, It takes longer than you would expect to get such simple orders made, all in all I was very disappointed.

Went there for lunch a few times and it is delicious and great service! I especially love the polished concrete floors that add luxury and trendy appeal to the atmosphere.

Always Fresh!. Fast and friendly service over a busy lunch hour, awesome décor and lovely eats. I've eaten there several times and never had a bad experience! (Except for those cupcakes. My mouth thanks you but my hips don't!)
