We order from this location regularly and the food is always great. The only time they've ever made a mistake, the person I spoke to from the customer service line was incredibly helpful and professional. The replacement item arrived in half the time I was quoted by customer service.
They are also one of the few pizza places that offers so many vegetarian and vegan options, which is awesome for us plant based folks. Panago will always be a go to for us.

So my first experience here was a bit rocky as they sent me the wrong pizza (two of the same) and they forgot my garlic dip. However the customer service line was super polite, apologetic and even gave me a bonus on top of my refund. So I said after that I'd give them another chance. So I called them again tonight and placed an order. The customer service rep was very pleasent and used the small credit on my account on the order and suggest a nice ad on but wasn't pushy. The food came quick and was hit and was exactly as ordered. The driver again was supper friendly yet maintained good social distancing. He also spent the time to try my gift card twice and was patient and understanding. All in all an awesome experuence and great tasting food.

For a quick and inexpensive meal these guys exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Chicken Taco on hand tossed multi grain crust. Its a winner. Also really impressed with how fast it is. 15 minutes for 2 Large pizzas is awesome and no short cuts on cooking plus a decent amount of toppings. The Jalapeno Ranch dip is also dynamite.

2016-11-12 mediterranean pizza: <br/>Panago is not the best pizza in Regina, but it is far better than Pizza Hut as it gives you many healthier options at a decent price. Love ordering the veggie pizzas on thin whole wheat... you get that great pizza taste and don't feel like a bloated fatty after ;)

Worst pizza ever. We ordered this pizza tonight as we had it a year ago and really liked it - what a mistake!!!! Tonight it was so sparse - no sauce, no taste. Really disappointing and I will not return

"Gluten Free"?. I went to order one of their "gluten free" pizzas and when I went to confirm my order a pop up came up recommending that people with Celiac disease or those with a high tolerance to gluten should not eat this product. False advertising on their part. I was really looking forward to a pizza place that served gluten free pizza. Shame.

Ordered a large chipotle chicken pizza with a thin whole wheat crust. Wasn't much chipotle or chicken either. Couldn't figure out why the pizza was so greasy when the ingredients were so ummmm sparse. Normally a pizza this size is good for two of us plus leftovers for lunch -- not with this pizza. The pizza was okay but didn't really have the chipotle kick and there was precious little chicken on it, and we were still hungry afterwards. If you like the "designer" pizza then you will probably like this place.
