This is a fantastic restaurant for authentic Korean dishes. The food is exceptional and the service is fast and friendly. The only thing to knock off a point for is the dated decor and atmosphere; it is a stereotypically dingy looking (but clean) Asian restaurant on an out of the way street. However the food is amazing and well worth the detour.
Very good! Went with a group of friends and sat at one of the tables that had a cook stove on top. It was fun to cook our own food and everything was tasty. Location and decor were not great but I would definitely return to try other menu items.
Ate here a few nights ago. The place is in a bit of a rough neighborhood, in Regina's so-called Chinatown, and it doesn't look like much on the outside. Dont let that stop you. The inside is quite a bit nicer, and it was decently busy for a weeknight.
Service was friendly and attentive, but I'm a foodie - and it's for the food that you should go here. I had the soup combo with kimchi and pork soup. It came with two banchan (a sweet, saucy potato dish, and a salad of bean sprouts), as well as a small bowl of kimchi. The kimchi was made in-house, and was excellent. The soup was delicious, and all together it was just the right amount of food.
Frankly, I left there with a thought about swearing off other Regina restaurants all together, but better sense and my taste for variety prevailed. I am already planning my next trip back though.
I come here on a very regular basis for the gamjatang. It a pork neck potato spicy soup and its the best i love it. The service is always excellent, its family run, and its often very busy, especially the bbq tables. The bulgogi and bi bim bap are also really tasty, and the spicy pork and squid bulgogi is absolutely awesome. If you like korean food, eat here, you will love it and get addicted to the flavor, and if you are wanting to try korean food, and who wouldnt, its a fantastic cuisine with great flavors, try korea house, and you may see why i end up here almost weekly with a craving.
Everything is really delicious here! I have a lot of favorite dishes here including the Gamja Tang, Beef Bulgogi, Dolsot BiBimBap, Japchae and Dwen Jang Combo. The Korean BBQ is also really delicious! The only downsides are that the service can be a little slow (But that is only because there is one server working at a time, so I understand!) and that the price is a little bit too high (which is really sad for me since I would love to come to this place more frequently).
My go to place for Korean food in the city. They have the option for you to have Korean BBQ and that is a hit for me. They also have great dishes on the menu. I recommend coming here and trying the Kim chi combo and the BBQ.
Delicious! The ambiance isn't much to look forward to, but the food is amazing. Perfectly seasoned meats and a delightful kimchi. We got the chicken and beef and LA style ribs. The rice was cooked perfectly and the sides were great. I would definitely eat here for lunch and dinner everyday!
I had a fabulous meal (bulgogi) and the service was excellent. I thought I received good value too. My only regret: I wish they offered a larger size. I love bulgogi but two orders would have been too much and one serving left me wanting more. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.
Best Restaurant In Regina. This is Regina's hidden gem, and best kept secret. So many people are afraid to try Korean food, when it really is just rice, meat and veggies for the most part. The hot stone bee bim bop is a good place to start if you don't know what to order. Cover it in the sauce they bring out and enjoy! Best dish in the city.

Nice service, solid food. The restaurant, albeit not at the greatest part of the city, is pretty plain but looks clean and the staff are very pleasant. On one side of the restaurant, there are tables with gas grills on them for Korean barbeque (marinated beef, marinated chicken, squid, and pork belly are the main meat choices that can be cooked on the table). The other side of the restaurant does not have the grills. The menu is fairly extensive and food is very solid. Looking through the photos that are uploaded on this site gives a pretty good sense of the menu. I have not had anything there that was disappointing but I also have not had anything that absolutely knocked my socks off. The prices are very reasonable. This is not a bad place to go in order to satisfy a craving for Korean cuisine. The only other place in the city with some Korean dishes of this caliber (that I am aware of) is Orange Izakaya (but Orange Izakaya is more of a fusion place and Korea House has a far more extensive selection of specifically Korean cuisine than does Orange Izakaya).
