Review Houston Pizza - Regina

The worst service I have ever experienced.  I don't even know where to start!  We were a large group (12) that booked a head for lunch, we arrived on time, the restaurant was mostly empty.  It took 15 minutes for the server to ask us about drinks.  It took 40 minutes until our order was taken.  The server was busy serving 3 other tables that came in after us.  Some of which had food before she had even taken our order!  One of us went to the manager and asked why we weren't being served, the server interrupted saying "I was coming right now!".  She was rude, rolled her eyes at us and snatched our bills out of our hands when we were paying.  I just can't believe how unapologetically rude she was!  I've never had service like that anywhere!  I won't name her but you know who you are.  You missed out on some really good tips because of your bad behaviour! We arrived at 11:40 am and didn't get our food until 12:45 pm, we had to rush and some of us didn't even finish our meals, because we had to get back to work.  It was the strangest and most unpleasant experience I've ever had in a restaurant . The worst thing about this is that the manager, who was observing then ducking behind a wall, didn't even come and apologize for the long wait or the bad service. I was going to call them today but thought since they didn't care while we were there why would they care after.  I will never go back there again.  They don't deserve to wear the "Houston Pizza" logo,  I will be sending a copy of this review to their corporate office as well.  Bad behaviour should not go unchecked!

Food prices, selection and taste are always well done! Today’s service was a bit slow, but many places are short staffed right now. The manager acknowledged this and I appreciated that. I also appreciate knowing the tables are sanitized. Thanks for lunch today!

Our group of 8 had a fantastic meal. The service was over the top. There were NO mistakes made with the orders. The waitress was more than willing to accommodate our individual requests and take a few pictures for our Celebration of Life.

If you're in Saskatchewan, this place has to be on your to-eat list!!! This is a fantastic family-owned restaurant that has more than just pizza! The "Regina style" pizza is a unique twist to a classic meal, and everything is made in-house and you can definitely tell!! I had the best garlic toast, crispy but also fluffy and with the best real garlic butter. The pizza meats were deli quality and the dough is made from scratch. Even the Caesar dressing was made in-house! This location has a warm atmosphere and a huge bar/lounge with a great drink selection. Staff was kind and very personable. Will definitely be returning!

Best pizza in whole canada. I am not sure we can get that style of pizza anywhere else. This is regina special. we are from ontario and just stumbled upon this gem while our cross country road trip. This is absolutely a must go for anybody who loves a good pizza.. Also this is a place where we can come back anyday just for the hospitality they shown us, Lindsay ( I hope I got the spelling correct 😀) if you are reading this, you should start a crash course on how to make customers comfortable. Please keep the good work, you are awesome..

Houston Pizza has become one of our families favourite restaurants! The food is always good and great prices and portions! I’ve had great service almost every visit and would recommend checking the place out!
One smart girl
We ordered honey garlic wings and they were phenomenal. The flavour was really bold and the chefs made sure every wing was coated generously in the sauce. Thank you!

Went to dinner with the my family they seated us by the kitchen. When we first arrived all we could smell was like a burnt fish dish. There was 6 of us n they screwed up on every meal somehow. Either over cooked meat, skimpy on my daughter's spaghetti sauce, dressing not on the side & no veggies on the quesadillas (pretty much just cheese) anyways the tab was over $150. It makes me wonder why we even go out to eat at restaurants anymore.
