Review The Chopped Leaf - Regina

I rarely post a negative review and I will say that I do love the food here first and foremost. My 1-star is due to the horrible service I received today. There were about 8 people in the restaurant when I walked in and three employees making salads and wraps. I walked to the counter to place my order and was not even acknowledged by the staff. I stood there for close to 5 minutes waiting to have my order taken. They didn't even say that they would help me in a few minutes. After about 5 minutes I walked out of the restaurant. I find it inexcusable that they make somebody wait that long to order and don't even say anything to them. Not good.

Chopped Leaf USE to be so good but has consistently gone down hill over the last 3 years. I’m more disappointed every time I go. Today, I was in a hurry, went in and got a chicken bowl to go. I got 3-4 plastic-like chunks of chicken with minimal sauce. Such a waste of TWENTY dollars. At least make your meals decent for that price. Won’t be returning sadly.

Disappointed with the quantity of ingredients. I ordered the Pegasus. I feel like I paid $8+ for a wrap with romaine lettuce and a sprinkle of other ingredients. 😔 👎

Soup less than lukewarm and Bangkok full salad had stiff noodles, tiny uncooked shrimp and about a teaspoon of anything but brown lettuce.

One of the best places for healthy options if you’re looking for quick food! They also offer delicious infused water and if you buy a bottle you can actually get the water for free anytime after! I love the variety of options from sandwiches to wraps and salads, and even food cups and more! My only complaint is that recently it seems as though the portions are being sized down but regardless the food remains delicious!

I've had lunch here 3 times in the past month and I am super impressed. Everything is fresh and delicious and good for you! Turnaround is quick even over the lunch hour. This place is clean, green and friendly. Top marks. Nice job.

Great and Amazing Service. Lady working at the till today (June 26th) was very polite and well knowledgeable of the menu items. It was my first time visiting Chopped Leaf and she was able to take her time and answer all my questions despite me coming during the lunch hour rush. She even informed about the online ordering option which seems more convenient. Food presentation was excellent and tasted fantastic. The restaurant was very clean and neat. Loved how there was table and chair outside for those who wanted to dine outdoors. The wifi was somewhat slow and hard to get connected. Otherwise I really enjoyed my visit will definitely come again!!
