Frat boy central on a Saturday night. Half the real estate is devoted to a lounge area with music you need to shout over. Needed to wait to be moved to the restaurant side though staff was very lovely. The lounge area clientele just gave this "I'm going to catch COVID in this party" sort of vibe. Food is predictable but good, well priced happy hour food options until close. My friends picked the restaurant and I was looking longingly at the Indian restaurant next door.

The food was good, service needs to be worked on. I have been there many times when it was packed and had much better service, it was a slower night with many staff standing around and the service was very lacking. Had to try and flag down our server from conversation with her co-workers for drinks, never came back to check on us after we received our meals, and wait over 20 min after we asked for our bill from another server walking by.

The service there is always great. The food always come out fast and the prices for happy hours are great. Always friendly staff and the drinks are super good. I didn’t get our server name, but we enjoy her service. Thank you

Always love Earls!! Spicy shrimp with pasta never fails to please although ratio of shrimp to pasta is too low. Calamari was pretty good but lots of non calamari ingredients which is nice up to a point but they’ve taken it too far. Truffle fries delicious flavor but not as crispy as would be ideal. Margaritas were lovely (although just a little sweet) and wine list is pretty good - having visited Sardinia, I always enjoy trying vermentino at Canadian or American restaurants, and this was quite a good one.

We came from out of town and chose this restaurant for my birthday celebration with family. I am originally from Regina and this was where I have eaten many times in the past, and it was a popular choice with everyone. We sat and waited over 30 minutes for a server because our waiter had another large group on the other side of the dining room (we were told) and they were short staffed Several people came to apologize and we were eventually able to order and when one dish arrived very burnt it was quickly corrected. The issue came when it was time to leave. When we were ordering we told our server who was with Whom and that we would require separate bills . He said to just tell him after, and said he had just had a large group do the same and it was what had taken him so long to come to our table. After our meal, while paying we were never given a printed bill he asked what we were paying for and went around the table, and while most thought they were paying too much didn’t want to make a fuss on my birthday. After everyone paid and left Alex stopped my husband in a panic and said that there was still a large amount left owing! He asked how that was possible when he had gone around the table and collected from everyone?. My husband then had to pay an additional TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. We were all outside, and had no idea that this was going on. Whatever the policy is for this restaurant as to payment requires a huge overhaul, and we are a large group of long term Earls fans who wouldn’t consider this location again. We would be pleased to speak with someone about this issue.

The poke bowl wasn't edible. The avocado was hard as a rock and the mango was not ripe. Though the strak ans sushi was the best.

One of the waiters was ignoring the only Asian female at our table of three and it was obvious. She was not addressed, looked or smiled at during the whole meal. This waitress was very polite to both me and another white woman. As a repeat customer, it disgusts me that I’ll no longer go to this earls or take my friends because of a bad hiring decision as my friends do not feel welcome or safe. If this matter is to be taken seriously I’d expect an email/response inquiring about the servers name.

I was invited here to celebrate my friend's mom's arrival in Regina. I was faced with a very unprofessional welcoming. The environment does not sound like a restaurant. It was mostly like a bar because of its loud dancing style music. I tried to cope with it since dinner showed up and I was faced with a long hair in my second cut just in the middle of my steak. I inform them about the issue and the step they took was to look for evidence instead of saying an apology. They behaved as if nothing happened and did not say even a word of sorry for what happened. Unprofessional behaviour was the first attitude my friend’s mom experienced in my city. I recommend the owner find a way to train the staff. I won't come back to them anymore.

i was at Earl's Regina South lastnight with a group of friends after work for a going away party for one of our coworkers the service was great the food was phenomenal but one thing i was not happy with was the automatic 18% gratituity charged on to each of our bill's we were warned about it before ordering our drinks and food when i was given my tab i was not happy seeing an almost $5 dollar server fee we shouldnt have to pay extra to have a server for our table at every other restaurant ive been to ive never seen this fee ontop of my drink and meal and taxes i was expecting my $15 burger and a drink to between $20-$25 with taxes i was charged just short of $35 for a burger and a drink like i said before the service was great the food was amazing but that $5 server fee should be removed and if the customer wanted to tip their server they have that option to i did not tip extra for my server because of the already attached server charge but if that charge wasnt there i may have left a couple bucks extra on the bill otherwise this was my only complaint on a great evening with great friends!

Service was great, seating was over crowded, food was not worth $141.77 for dinner for 3. Our food was cold and not what we ordered. - appetizers were ok, calamari was dripping in cooking oil - I ordered a 6 oz steak medium rare - it came well done and it was all fat, mashed potatoes were dry and cold & salad was soggy - my husband ordered 8 oz steak medium rare - it came well done, dry, loaded with fat, dry and cold mashed potatoes, with tasteless squash - my daughter ordered pasta & chicken - it came dry/cold and loaded with garlic Overall my last time dinning with Earls and I would not recommend this place.

Amazing place to have a drink! We go there all the time got served by Velvet whos an amazing waitress and extremely friendly!! And we love her service defenetly the best server!!

For the first time ever we had a bad food experience at earls. We had a birthday party table of 9 and our food was cold, a few things missing and not quite cooked as we had asked. However we had a great server and the manager was awesome and came over and took care of the bill for us. Thank you earls for handling this so nicely and still making our day. And please don’t worry - we we made sure our server was well looked after!! I’m giving 5 stars because earls still managed to turn this into a great experience.

The food was good but the service was lacking. Took a rather long time for our server to take our drink order and then a long time to get beverages! It was only waters and coffee but holy...return service lacked. I asked for no pecans on my salad (not allergic, just don't like pecans.) Salad came with pecans. Couldn't bring this to her attention because she didn't come back. Had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert...tasted like no sticky toffee pudding I have ever tasted! Then to get refills on coffees and water...the wait was interminable. Even as she was checking on other tables in our area, we seemed to be ignored. Maybe it was because we were ordering 'non-profit drinks' but we were paying customers and, IMO, deserved as much attention as other tables. Yes, the place was hopping but that is no excuse.

Was at Earls October 25th for a meal. Having being a cook and waitress formerly I am fussy. I ordered the salmon with rice. Well when I got my meal the rice was cold the waitress promptly apologized took it back. They brought my meal with warmish rice that was dry and my salmon was reheated of course . The plates are cold the presentation was not great . Overall to me this is an overpriced mediocre restaurant and no I will not be back

Note: post edited after Keven the manager reached out to us after the review below. Old review: I normally have a good time with the family at Earls, but to highlight an issue as posted by Kent below and also confirmed by my sister who was visiting from Saskatoon, the service took a nosedive in April. I was with my wife and child on the outside patio two weeks ago and we waited for twenty minutes without water or menus. Twenty minutes! The waitress mentioned she would come back for us, but she did not. We just left. This is unacceptable. —- New review: After the above review the manager reached out to us and treated my family very respectfully with our next visit. This gesture renewed our faith and will gladly return to Earls in the future. Thanks Keven!

Though the service was slow at first (10 minute wait for first approach by a server); everything else following was superb, especially the timing of each step of the meal - from the appetizer to the meal, to 2nd drinks and so on. Extra special attention was paid to my Mom, who's handicapped! Well done : )

I have never complained or gave a bad rating on any restaurant BUT TOTALLY Disappointed for the 3rd time in 2 months trying to eat at Earls south with my wife and kids at 3pm with only 5 tables of people....took 20 minutes and still didn’t get our drinks before 2 other parties that came in after us. Love Earls food but seriously the service is absolutely horrible...

Usually the Hunan Kung Poa is great. Burnt beyond edible. How they brought this out to the table surprises me. Pictures even look bad. Oh well....next time. Update. They took care of the meal. I was coming back anyway but good job Earls.

My husband and I went to earls this past Friday evening and the food was absolutely fantastic. The garlic fries were amazing and both of our meals were cooked to perfection and tasted like heaven. My steak had little to no fat on it and was the perfect cook. My husband got way more coconut prawns than expected for the price. The seating was extremely crowded but that’s what you get on a Friday at dinner time. Huge kudos to the cooks on Friday night!

The server was great and the food as well. The only problem is the Jerk Chicken is definitely not Jerk Chicken. It should say OUR VERSION! It was sweet and no heat and not slow grilled. As I said no dig to the kitchen staff the Chicken was cooked perfect just not Jamaican Jerk. Thanks for the great service.

Wasnt busy at all 10pm on an idle monday. food took a long time to receive. Our drinks were warm.(even the "pepsi and water") Service is only reason for more than 1 star Washrooms were disgusting.. wont be returning any time soon.
