This healthy, dietary restriction conscientious establishment is a gem in Regina’s Cathedral neighbourhood. The food is always delicious, and the staff are thoughtful, friendly people. I love the vibe, from the local art on display to all of the lovely plants, and it’s always lovely to eat in or out on the patio. Due to the location, it’s also a great place to stop in for food to go so that I can explore and find somewhere outside to relax and eat.
13th Ave Food and Coffee House is a must to visit if you’re in the Cathedral area.
Such a great experience here! The yummiest soy latte I think I've ever had! Very tasty, fresh food- I loved the green curry bowl. And the service was lovely!
WOW! Went here for the first time over the weekend. I had a matcha iced latte and the pineapple burger. Matcha latte was good, but the pineapple burger was outstanding!!!! Best veggie burger I’ve ever had, I will 100% be back!!! <3
Great healthy menu options for vegetarians & vegans, super friendly staff, and the coffee is great too! Best meal I had while visiting Regina :)

Cozy cafe with friendly staff. Love their in-house coffee and chai latte. The cream cheese salmon bagel is really good!
Got a decaf latte. The coffee was delicious. Almond milk hot chocolate was okay. Their chocolate syrup is vegan so not as creamy. Food looks delicious and smells awesome inside. Friendly staff.
