This menu looked so wonderful. We picked our lunch items and made a decision to come back again in the future. The service was excellent and we really appreciated the ability to choose a lettuce bun instead of the usual wheat bun. The list of sides that we had to choose from was one of the most extensive I’ve ever seen.

Service was excellent. Great beer selection.
Food was not good at all.
Dill pickle dry ribs were coated in dry flavouring powder. Way overcooked.
Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese should be off the menu. The noddles were cooked properly and thank god for franks buffalo sauce. Chicken was way over fried, as cooked to death, the sauce was bland.
Again service was great. Liked the atmosphere. Bad bad bad food. Didn’t even finish my beer.

Great restaurant. Great service. Great atmosphere. They have happy hour deals as well. If you’re looking for parking, there’s one beside the restaurant across the stress from the FYI doctor, which is free after 5pm.

Came for the chicken wing night, the wings we tried (Korean, buffalo, dill pickle, salt pepper) were all pretty good, just wish there are more selections. Beers were great. Did a takeout separately for cheese burger combo with salad, it was good too.

I was at the downtown location at 7:30 July,14,2022. Our caesar salads were sad, they were covered in a glob of dressing with browning, warm, limp lettuce. I ordered the blackened chicken wrap and could not find any of the avocado in it that was supposed to be there. It was comprised of some chicken, cheese and sauce. My meal was disappointing. My dining companion enjoyed their burger, but had the same issue with the lettuce. I have been to the other location twice and didn’t enjoy my meals there either. The wait staff was friendly, and the ambiance is nice, but I was looking for a good meal. Based on food alone, wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered 2 pounds of wings, delivered by Doordash. Wings were 17.50 per LB. Yikes.
Recieved 14 pieces of very small, dry chicken, definitely did not weigh 2LB.
Disappointing, seeing how easy it is to serve quality wings, that are properly weighed.
Family pizza has better wings, think about that.

Showed up tonight with a friend after work for something to eat/drink. When it came time to pay our bill the waitress advised us The owner took care of it tonight and wished us a good evening. Not only is the atmosphere at this pub one of the best in the city, the owners are top notch! The gesture was out of the blue and obviously appreciated- thank you Vic's Tavern!!!

I had a wonderful experience with their brunch today! The place was packed top to bottom (we got there around 11:30) but someone greeted us right away and told us when our table would be ready. The servers seemed cool and collected the whole time even though it was so crazy busy. I had the Pollo Diablo tater tot smash thing and it was unbelievably good. I'm giving 4 stars because it was so loud that my friend and I had to shout to speak to eachother, but otherwise everything was amazing.

It was a really nice atmosphere, waitress was excellent. My son had the tator tots which was excellent. I had the chicken strips with fries a an awesome sauce, which was honey dill. The only thing, is my plate could of used a little color it was sort of all one color, and I came across a chicken strip that was a little on the pink side and I got terrible indigestion after. Otherwise the sauce and fries were great and so was the place. Would go back but have maybe something else.

Fairly overpriced. Disrespectful clientelle with regards to juke box music selection. Should be an honor system in place for those who paid and chose music first, first come first serve.

Second time here today and was disappointed. First visit was excellent. But today, we ordered gin and tonic and received what seemed to be soda water instead of tonic. We sent it back and the waitress returned with the same drinks and said, "the bartender says it IS tonic and the next drinks will taste the same." We sent them back and ordered ceasars instead. I would have thought the bartender would have tasted the tonic from the bar and maybe changed the container? Pretty poor to not try to please the customer. The James platter was not a great choice for food. The chicken wings tasted like stale grease; and it was pretty simple fare for the price. In hindsight, the grilled cheese would have been the way to go.

Good food and kids can dine until 8PM!! We had the "blue collar burger" and the fish and chips, which were both delicious and large. �
Just be aware that the onion rings are $3 extra and the serving is small. �

they say kids welcome but not at all kid friendly. no kids menu, no plastic or small glasses, no highchairs or booster seats, love the food but very misleading for bringing children. would be good for older kids, but not the younger ones.

Kids should not be allowed at all ! It's bar height tables made for adults , language for adults and liquor for ADULTS .... there's enough kid family restaurants to go to if you have kids
