Review The Canadian Brewhouse - Regina

The service is fairly average; sometimes it's quite lousy and sometimes it's really good. Our most recent visit was more on the not so great side. We did a fair amount of sitting and waiting. There's a button to press for service, but doesn't seem to make much difference and tend to push it multiple times with no result. The music was crazy loud for suppertime on a Thursday. It was hard to hear ourselves talk. We went to watch a hockey game and it took forever to get our little speaker box. The first period was almost half over before I finally got tired of waiting for the server to bring it and went to the bar to ask for one. It still took another 5 minutes or so to get it. The battery was dying, and by mid second period we couldn't hear the game anymore so decided to leave. The food is always good. It sometimes feels a bit expensive, but then the food comes and I'm reminded of their huge portions. Sign up for their app and you'll get a code for a free order of garlic fingers - get the donair sauce and you won't be disappointed with the sweet creaminess! Go on your birthday and you might be surprised with a sparkly tasty treat!

Place was great! We were in town for an appointment and got hungry. Our server, Sydney was the textbook great server. She was so attentive to us and her other tables on the patio. My Chicken burger was great and my wife really enjoyed her burger. We'll be back when the riders are playing!

The place was great! I like the ambience, the server who attended to us was fantastic (sorry I didn't get her name), food was great! Will try to eat at the patio next time. Highly recommended and a must try!

Have a splendid experience here the other night. My Server was Amanda and she went above and beyond to ensure our order was accurate and our drinks were never empty. Her energetic personality was a lot of fun! 5 stars out to that girl, give her a raise!

We ordered through skip the dishes and one of our meals was missing. It was late in the evening and i was frustrated. After speaking to the manager he went above and beyond my expectations to make sure the meal was fresh and delivered, with a comlimentary dessert. Thank you so much for understanding and following through with great customer service. Highly recommended

I went to brew house for a friends party and had amazing customer service by Amanda. Friendly, kind, and got us our food impressively quick. This is the perfect place for an outing and ask for Amanda. She makes your tip worth it.

Without a doubt my favorite place in Regina to catch ANY and ALL sporting events! Great nightly specials, solid menu, and the best staff in our city. Donny and Lewis do a great job keeping staff and customers having fun no matter how busy things get. Highly recommend Grasslands!

Oh you actually respond, might as well leave a comment. Food and staff are awesome both from the table and the wood. Was there to dine almost everyday last week so might as well leave a rating. Anyway looking forward to my next Same Team Soda or Moscow Mule or Coors Light with your pizzas or quesadilla or poke bowl or chicken waffles on the weekends.

family dinner for 4 awesome staff- super friendly atmosphere was super pumped service was great the food was iffy 1 pound maple bacon wings were super dry classic poutine tasted to floury and kind of gloopy burger was good the fries that came with it were cold perogie pizza was amazing 1st time there.....really don't know if I need to go back?!

Went November 1st to celebrate our daughters 19th Birthday. The whole family had a great night. Our server was great and the food was delicious. It was really nice when the Manager came by and gave her a birthday drink too! Love the whole place!

Love the food, the staff went beyond our expectations and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for fun times and good entertainment!!!

This used to be our go to place .. some of our favorite menus items are gone now .. the tankards of beer only filled to the handle .. my daughter ordered a pina colada and received pineapple juice .. when we questioned the waitress , she said they were out of Pina colada mix!!! How does that happen !! .. the kids menu we received was a used menu from some other kid as it was already colored on .. this place has sure gone downhill .... with so many choices out there now ... we probably won’t be back until they clean up their act!!!

Just came in for a quick bite to eat and a beer with a buddy. Our server was extremely fun and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and stopped to have some fun sarcastic conversations. Had a great visit. Thanks Steph S �

Ordered bacon wrapped jalapenos wait almost 45 minutes for them to come tell me they didn't have that available terrible service as well had one beverage and was never asked if i wanted another one I could have forgave this if it was packed but it wasn't I'll never set foot into this franchise again

The food and selction was amazing. I had a hard time deciding what to eat. Service was good. The thing that bothered me most was the “Uniforms” the girls wear. Really? Skirts up to the private parts with tanks tops? I thought i was in the Canadian version of Hooters. Those poor girls living in Sask in the winter and thats their uniform for work? God forbid they drop something. 😳. It's too bad because the food and environment was great. Meanwhile the guys are wearing button down shirts and kakkis.

Service was awful! She came around twice? She forgot to order in one of our pizzas. Wait time for food was very long for pizza and kids meals. Gluten free is NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! Bathrooms were gross. A basketball game was so loud for the lack of customers. We could barely hear each other at the table! Will not recommend this place and will never return!!!

This place is deadly i fucked up my order online and called in to see if i could fix it and trevor at the south location handled it with absolute professionalism and good humour good on your employees guys!!

Went to Brewhouse for Mayweather/McGregor fight. Place was filled to capacity but despite the huge crowd, our server Shayla was awesome! Only had to wait for a drink once in the 5 hours we were there. Food was great as always! (Still miss the Stetson salad) Only complaint is between the way too loud broadcast and the crowd noise that erupted, we all left with a headache and fear we wouldn't hear the GnR concert the next day. �

Food was great but service was very slow...we saw many staff walking around and gathering at bar..but we waited a while to get menus, even longer to get our drinks! We seemed to be an interruption to our waitress and she lacked enthusiasm to serve us. The good news....the food was fast, hot and delicious.... What's happened to this location?

Just had the best service I have ever had! The food was great as well! We have two small children and an older child and they were so accommodating and amazing with our crazy family! Thank you so much! Can't wait to come back to the city to eat there again!

Great food! Great service! Emily is the best! The Brewben is one heck of a sandwich. Get it before it's gone!
