Review Mongolie Grill - Red Deer

Very interesting place! You choose your set of food, and then watch the cooking process for you. I was here for the first time and I plan to go here constantly.

Paid $36 dollars for a bowel of food! That's insane and was average quality at best. The chicken looked like a pink slim. Never seen chicken in the form of a pink paste. Decor is terrible, service was average. I have no idea how this place is in business. Will never go back!

Well I’ve been going here for awhile now and never had to many complaints the staff is very friendly ect. However this last time my stir fry was soggy and over cooked the individual cooking left it unattended for a very long while. Now this establishment has great potential to be off the charts amazing!!! However something is just missing here to encompass how great this dining experience could be🤔 Decor upgrades maybe? A more interactive experience with the cook make it fun and include the floor.

Service and quality of food has declined almost as severely as their prices have jumped. My one major concern was that the raw chicken was a slimy mush in the container. Little irritants include they were out of lemons (I was there at lunch) and they were also out of ginger ale. For the prices now, I'd assume they would have those on hand. I was so disappointed, as this used to be ab absolute favourite of mine. I won't be back.

Outdated decor, nasty looking kitchen, very expensive for medicore food quality. The cooks somehow make it taste decent but from what I've overheard the management is a mess. Apparently the staff wasn't getting a proper schedule for a while and when I was there they had three servers and only one cook on a busy Saturday evening. With all that said the staff were absolutely lovely people. A damn shame, they deserve better. I advise no one give this place their business, the McDonald's is right next door and even if they can't get their food out that fast, at least the place is clean.

Love the vegetarian and gluten free options! Priced by grams means it can add up quick if you're not careful! My party's bowls cost $9 - $27.

Good food and an alternative dining experience compared to standard restaurants. Staff are polite and helpful. I find the quality varies from time to time, which makes it not a go to restaurant... more like every once in awhile give it a try.

Really sad to be giving a bad review, used to be my favorite restaurant but everytime we've gone lately it seems worse and worse. The service is ok but the food quality is really bad! The carrots were freezer burnt and some were black, the broccoli is mostly just stem (I'm assuming to add weight so they can charge more). We will no longer be coming to this restaurant, I can make better stir fry at home. If you do go here get the spring rolls, only good thing left here
