I love the pho from here. The spring rolls are also excellent and the price is on point.
Tried for the first time and got take out .... its sooo good and fresh and the vermicelli bowl is huge will defiantly be back
Best food ever! Kate and her hubby are such nice people ☺
Really enjoyed Vietnamese Garden restaurant though service was slow and had to ask for napkins and cutlery.
Food was really good with large portions. Ambience was pretty fun and I would recommend the special Vietnamese sub if you are super hungry.
Great place always spot on with service and quality of the food and flavours. Try the salad rolls they are the best in red deer. My favourite dish is the house special soup.
Very good place. The veggies are always fresh and crispy. The Vietnamese spring rolls are the best and the rice noodle wraps are good as well. If you're trying to eat healthier they offer an option of no noodles or less noodles for an increase in vegetables as well!
As a culinary graduate and current cook with years of experience I am hard to please in terms of food and this location was an average to red deer. The "house special" pho soup though large lacked flavor in the broth and the meat seemed tough and under seasoned.
On another note the bubble tea was excellent and the service and atmosphere were welcoming and warm. With only a slight adjustment of seasoning in this dish I would be back on a regular basis.
Eat here all the time. The salad rolls are amazing and love their beef vermicelli bowl. Service is fast and portions are big. One of my favorites in the city.
Yummy, delicious, and affordable. This restaurant is the place to go to when your craving Vietnamese food. When you walk in, you are greeted by friendly waitresses who are always smiling. And the food here is amazing. I had an order of spring rolls, which tasted almost like how my grandma makes them. They came out hot and each bite was crispy and perfect; not over cooked or burnt like some other Viet places. The fish sauce that comes with the spring rolls is also made deliciously, although I like to add some extra hot sauce in with the hot sauce bottle they have on every table. And for my main meal I had the satay beef sub which is made with long slices of tender and seasoned beef. The bread, the meat, and the vegetables: carrots, cucumber and cilantro, blended very well together. Every bite of the sub was delicious, I was full after eating half a sub but it was so good that I just kept on eating away. The portions of the food here is extremely big, which means your getting your money's worth, not that the dishes are expensive because they are not! They also serve bubble tea here, and I saw someone order a taro bubble tea which looked really good, so I'll have to try that next time! Will be back here for sure! Give this place a shot, it will definitely not disappoint.
I love the soups there, a very good pricing and big portions size! It's totally worth it. It would be the best pho place in town for me, it's also family oriented too. So that's a bonus to know that the food is always fresh
Good Place. What I like about this place - good soups. The broths are great, and the flavors are there. Also, the vermicelli bowls are huge and you get a lot of goods in them. The only thing I would change would be to use all white meat chicken. That's just my taste though.
Their salad rolls are great and also the peanut sauce is well done.
Atmosphere is cool, and the colors are interesting. The little kitchen area makes it different in a good way. Take the time to eat here.
This is my first visit to this place. The restaurant is very clean and decoration is the modern style which I really like. The manual is nicely printed with English only and no picture which some other Vietnamize restaurants have. The prices are relatively reasonable comparing with other bigger cities such as Edmonton. We ordered special noodle, rare noodle, spring rolls and beef with rice. All tasted pretty good. Waiting time was a little long but it took them some time to grill the beef. Overall it was a good experience, I would recommend this place to my friends.
Was a great experience. The portion sizes to prices compare very well. The Spicy Satay Pho was amazing! Lots of flavor and lots of spice. Their bubble tea is delicious Will! Will definitely go again
I lived in Vancouver for a couple of decades. I spent a lot of time in the Vietnamese community there. The food here is on par with the people there. This food is top shelf! Super friendly staff and great prices. I'll be going back again soon. So good!! Thank you Kate! 😊
Ordered skip the dishes and tried out Vietnamese Garden for the first time. I was not disappointed everything came hot and fresh and super delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a reasonably priced place to eat. I have lots of leftovers for a full another meal or two
There are four Vietnamese restaurants in Red Deer, and I have tasted them all!
By far, Vietnamese Garden is the BEST!
