Review Subway - Radium Hot Springs

Came in for a sandwich on the way out of town. I found the Subway inside the gas station to be spotless and manned by a soft-spoken, extremely polite man behind the counter. He was so genuine it was almost off-putting. I appreciate him very much! The Cold Cut Sub tasted great. The bread was just right, even though I came in late in the day at about 7:30pm. I really appreciate that he listened to me instructions about cutting the sub in half and wrapping each half separately to make it easier to eat in the car. PRO TIP- Have your sub cut in half and have each half wrapped separately to make it easier to eat a footlong sub in your car.

Half the meat of any other subway. More mustard than meat. They're lucky they're the only quick food stop in the area.

Absolutely terrible! The bread was hard and old; cookies were more like hockey pucks, and they were ridiculously stingy with all toppings, and when asked to put more on, they would add 1 or 2 more. Save your money and go somewhere else!

TIN is very humble. Took us as a customer though we reached at 8 PM. Great Customer Service. Thanks.

Sub wasn’t wrapped properly, veggies were soggy especially spinach.

Great quickly service, fresh food, good staff.👌 We try a new Grill Chicken & Bacon Ranch. There are a few outside tables to have a quick bite.

Was ok. Servers look new and not very experienced, but they are very polite. Food quality - like every other subway.

Absolutely terrible service - I came in on Oct 11/19. I had to ask more than half a dozen times for a simple kids meal & 5 times I was completely ignored, the lady had no idea how to make the kids meal and her supervisor was being short with her which probably gave her more reason to make mistakes. I promptly asked for an m&m cookie with the kids meal & her supervisor tells me kids meals don't come with cookies. EVERY.SINGLE.SUBWAY I've ever been to from here to Sask has consistently offered cookies with the kids meals. On top of that, she chose not to ask if I'd like to purchase cookies nor did she give me a chance to ask, instead she rushed my payment through the till and moved on to the fellow behind me.
