Great staff, very friendly, did not have any onion rings so compensated us with great service and great food thank you will make sure we stop by next time we are on the area.
Went this morning to the A&W location on top of dragonlake hill . Ordered 2 classic Canadian breakfast . We got told that it takes at least 20 minutes because they had to clean the grill first so we don’t get the onion taste on our breakfast . Bacon and eggs with toast and a hash brown patty . Where
Service here is getting worse and worse by the day,,order something,. They say a five minute wait when you're the first in line,,then it's over fifteen...
Just A&W... waitress had to serve the restaurant and the drive through... so she was a bit overworked and not as friendly as usual. Food was good. Washrooms on the edge.
The worst A&W ever. Ordered inside around 615pm. Waited over 30mins and still got no food. Boss locked the doors at 645pm on a Friday night with a least 7 vehicles in the drive thur. Got sick of waiting and asked for a refund. Boss tried to refund me less then what a paid an was rude that I asked f

Just had breakfast there. The hashbrowns were very greasy and our sausage on English muffin was very greasy and burnt. Need to change oil more often or maybe oil wasnt hot enough and clean flat top as well
