I have been living here in Quebec City now for 7 years! Recently changed jobs and found my self discovering this Pizzeria Startos. Great food, Great service! Really true 5 star place. I order frequently my lunch there and today for the first time, they have delivered my meal at no charge!!!

VERY SLOW delivery + the delivery guy already sets the amount of tips he wants on the remote before handing it to you which i think is an absolute insult. Ordered a poutine at the counter and after 45 minutes, they tell me "they forgot my order". I politely asked for a refund and the staff gave me attitude like I didn't deserve a refund. I ended up getting it, but didn't get my poutine or any compensation for my time. I will not go there again.
