This place deteriorated like anything. Who places four forks and two knives for six people to eat? Had to ask thrice to get more forks. Who just adds saltwater to fresh lime soda (sweet) and says its fresh lime soda (salt)? Chicken crispers soggy and fried calamari salty. Overall, disgrace to the brand and that's sad.
To make the experience better after all these, they served desert and it was great. They didn't charge for it. Thanks for that. Also, portion sizes are great as before.
Been there 3-4 times earlier and everything was perfect. Let's hope they rectify.

Quest Mall has a couple of handy good restaurants to eat. And Chili's is definitely one of them. Like the decor there is done with the theme of ship decks. The staffs are undoubtedly cordial and helpful too. The food is actually really good. Like hella delicious. The pizza is great too. Their food tastes fresh too. So, I mean it checks off mostly all of the needs. Therefore, it's a must visit.

In fact, the dish tasted too salty and slightly bitter. From Chicken strips to entire salad. No idea how! Half of the portions got wasted
( ofcourse the quantity is no doubt huge compared to the price) But if the dish not flavourful and inedible then we can't eat. It was my first experience and there was no option to share written feedback with them.
Hospitality is fairly good but cooking needs to be improved.

This place provides a great service and cozy ambiance. Chili's is mainly renowned for its American cuisines.
We ordered-
- A Grilled chicken platter
- A fish and chips
- A chicken tacos
All of them were amazing and tasted very fresh.
Service was promt and the staff was also very cooperative. I would really love to this place again.

service was very good and with par other Chili's outlets. But for some reason I was almost forced to order Medium well for my steak instead of Medium rare. This was my first time ordering steak at Chili's. I don't know why servers at most places here assume I have no idea what medium rare is. "We don't serve the grilled steak medium rare, if you want we can get it for you but it will have blood in it"

I was quite excited to try out the salad sections here.
The dish called " Santa Fe Salad with Crispy Chicken Crispers " which looks delicious outside but unfortunately the taste didn't meet my expectations. In fact, the dish tasted too salty and slightly bitter. From Chicken strips to entire salad. No idea how!

restaurant with a welcoming attitude and friendly ambience. The Mexican food was amazing (we had Quesidillas).
However the service could be improved - we had to ask for glasses and napkins, whereas these should have been normally provided along with the food.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and we look forward to visit again.

before and hoped for it to be the same in kolkata, but I don't know if in general all outlets of Chili's has downgraded or just this one. The glasses they served water in were cloudy and cracked. The margarita almost tasted like a mocktail, did really have any alcohol. The burger was just not as juicy as I remember it to be. The only good thing was the Texas chicken. Was really disappointed to see how it was just not worth the prices anymore. Hope it gets better, but for now wouldn't really recommend to visit at least this outlet.
