We were having a great evening, until the manager approached us and said that we hadn’t tipped enough after our table had been served about $600 of food and drink, he proceeded to say we were wrong and that we should be giving them a certain amount, which was not stated when we were seated. Great food, great service but would never go back. Ruined the entire evening and our visit to Quebec

I give one star for the amazing poutine I ate. The remainder of my experience here was only enjoyable because of the couple we went with. The place has zero responsibility towards covid prevention: no passport check, absolutely overcrowded, most, if not all the staff not wearing masks, no safe distance between tables. There were people vaping indoors... How absurd is that?
The "main" entrance is absolutely not obvious to find since the one which is on the main street is closed.
The parking lot is a mess.
Maybe go for the food during lunch time... And that's it. Or just don't bother. Other places have better standards towards your safety.

Food good but not wow, service horible. Our server was in formation, but we almost never saw the server who was supposed to formed him so, the poor guy was by himself, he did what he can but.. Also half of the staff was wearing there mask under there chin. It was my third visit but whit that experience it will be the last.

Service was quick and great and the lunch menu has good affordable options. We had nachos and spicy wings and I liked the fact that it was the entire wing.

Service was very slow, and it took a long time to get our food. My husband got the burger which I'll say wasn't too bad, it had good seasoning although a little overcooked for his taste. I ordered the philly steak sandwich and this one was extremely disappointing. I could barely see any meat in it. It was all bread, for 17$, a total rip off. We've been to the states many times and had amazing Philly steak and this is not it , it's offensive to call it that! We'll definitely won't go there again!

If I could give minus stars I would!!! We decided to order for delivery for our anniversary.....what a mistake that was!! We thought because the one in Gatineau was so good, we would be having a great meal. Well.......the price most definatley did not match the underwhelming quality of the food. We asked for 2 medium rare filet mignon and one was medium and the other well done.....never have we had such a tough and dry steak like that before. Not only was the food sub par, but they forgot one of our lobster tails ($18+ tax). When I called them at first they said wasn't their fault....then told me too busy to refund my money and the supervisor would call the next day......BUT never got the call and I tried calling no answer. So food was terrible And over priced AND they still have not refunded our money nor called!!!

The atmosphere is nice, the staff is very polite and the food is great! the portion are big and delicious. Kids are eating for free( some conditions apply), the tea and coffee are very good.I recommend it . It was very good!

Nous avions réservé mais avions oublié de demander une banquette. À notre arrivée, l’hôtesse nous a dit que c’était déjà prévu. Le serveur était gentil et surtout très attentionné. Les garçons de table se succédaient pour servir et desservir de façon très efficace. La nourriture était excellente. Seul petit bémol, les tacos au homard sont excellents mais la portion est un peu trop petite. Dans l’ensemble, un bon repas dans un endroit un peu pas mal bruyant mais si on veut le silence vaut mieux aller souper dans un monastère. C’est un bar « genre sportif » et on y va pour les cotes levées qui sont succulentes.

Same standard as the other locations and very practical if you're staying in the hotel. I had the sirloin and seafood which was very good and actually had pieces of lobster in it. Tuna tataki as an appetizer was also very good. The next day I had the slidders for lunch which again were very good.

La meilleure ambiance de Quebec!! ;)  Nourriture excellente et personnel très courtois et gentil.  Gros gros 5 à 7 surtout les jeudis. Superbe terrasse.

Had dinner here tonight. The food was less than mediocre. I expected fabulous food for its atmosphere, the menu and prices. What I received was a roasted chicken meal that tasted as though it had sat for hours and microwaved. The presentation was beautiful, but that was the only beautiful thing about the meal. The rice pilaf was rock hard and hidden under the chicken. The chicken tasted as though it was refrigerated and heated up with a wine mushroom reduction sauce draped over top.<br/>Best part of my meal, the beverage! <br/>DI NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!<br/>@
