Very cute place. We had lunch here; ordered smoked salmon salads and shrimp nuggets. The food was good and well priced. They serve locally brewed beer, my husband loved it. Service was very friendly.
This resto bar is just at the beginning of the beautiful Grande Allée; a place to relax and grab a drink and a bite. The day that I visited the place they got my orders wrong (both the drink and the food 🤦🏻♂️) but I was with my amazing friends having fun so I didn’t care =)

My family and I had a fantastic experience at BELGA. The food was excellent and hot. The beer was delicious and authentic. The service was the best we've had in Québec City. I highly recommend you visit BELGA if you like great atmosphere, warm service, and excellent beer.
A little Belgium in the heart of old Quebec. Good selection of Belgian beers on tap that you don't normally see outside is Europe. Fries are great!
The food was good, the service was friendly and efficient and the cost is really fair for downtown Old Quebec. And the beer is really good too.

Found this restaurant a few years ago and really enjoyed everything. Went back to Quebec City for a mini vacation last weekend and looked forward to going to the restaurant again. We stood at the entranceway for 10 minutes. No one greeted us, acknowledged us, nothing even though we saw two server
