Chez Mai - Quebec City - Photo album

I went with a friend to this restaurant on Sunday night around 8 and its parking lot was packed. I noticed many people parked on the nearby Pharmaprix (aka Shoppers Drug Mart in Ontario). The starter was served quick but the main dish took quite a while. Staff were quite friendly and helpful and pri
If I could I would rate this place even below 1 star. The portions are small, service is very slow, food is very bland and not to mention but there was a hair in one of the dishes we ordered. It is not even authentic Vietnamese food. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.
The food was ok. My wife became sick afterwards, but cannot prove it was this spot… The sizzling plate covered me in oil as it spit oil everywhere. We will not be returning here in the future.
Good local restaurant with a local take on Asian cuisine. Service was so-so as it was a new waiter. Big plus for this joint is that it is a BYOW. Very reasonable prices and the tea at the end of the meal, if you order the special one, is to die for. Good price on set menus.
Very solid Thai-Vietnamese, but no pho. Bummer! Some outdoor seating on a porch. Not a tourist place, and they only had two menus in English (wouldn't hurt to print a few more). Friendly staff. Ambiance is OK. Not romatic or cozy, but perfectly fine. Bring your own wine, they do not serve alcohol.
Really nice food! And it's cheap! You even can bring your own wine :p
Very good food, friendly and fast service, don't forget to bring your own alcohol.
Excellent Asian cuisine at exceptionally low prices. Full table d'hote for under $20.
