I love this pub. I’ve been in Quebec three times I. The last month. Cindy, our server, was the best server we had in Quebec City! The food was amazing and so was the menu items. Reminds me of my favourite pub in Halifax. Personally Quebec City is my favourite city in Canada and it’s places like this that Make that so
The food was fantastic! We had the shepherd's pie, Irish stew, and bangers and mash, and they're better than we had in Ireland! The sausages were particularly amazing, with just the right amount of spice. Gabriel was our server, and he is knowledgeable, friendly, and very entertaining! We can't recommend this place enough!
A lovely, convenient spot with friendly and welcoming staff. We enjoyed drinks (wine, coffee cocktail, cappuccino) which we all liked along with a Guinness brownie that was absolutely phenomenal!
It is a classic style ol'pub with an atmosphere appropriate for old Quebec. The staff was excellent and a great location and beer selection. I here the food is good too.
Irish pub in the heart of Old Quebec. I had fish and chips, my wife had tacos and my daughter had the pulled pork sandwich. The food was really good. The fries were awesome! Decent beer selection. Drinks averaged around $10 ea. meals were in the $20 range per person and the entre was $15. Total bill with tip for 3 people and 4 drinks was $150.
Food was a bit slow getting to our table but it was fresh and hot.
This pub is conveniently located. The food was typical of pub food that you would find in most areas. A wide selection on beer on tap and a good ambiance overall. Unfortunately, we were seated in a strange area in the basement by a very loud heat unit. Service was ok. Pricing was a bit higher than normal pub food, but about what you would expect in this tourist area and lower than many other more upscale restaurants in the area. Good solid choice for a drink and basic food.
If you like good food this place might be for you! The food was all very tasty the service was challenged perhaps because of Covid issues. None the less very good if you are around check it out!
Situated on rue Saint- Jean this Irish pub has some great beers on the tab and not so bad food options. It took us sometime to scan there menu as there was some issue with scanning process and I saw every guest going through same problem. The service was great, our server was chatty and suggested us food items from menu. If you are staying near by the area you can definitely try this place for one of your excursions.
We visited this pub while staying in a hotel nearby and if your stopping by Quebec city you should definitely check out this place! The atmosphere was great with live music. The musician they had I believe she was called Mode was incredibly talented. Our waitress I didn't get her name but she was so friendly and gave us great ideas on what to order. I had the chicken tacos which were very tasty and my husband had the burger which he very much enjoyed. Overall I would definitely come here again one evening whenever we stop by Quebec city. Thanks Pub St. Patrick for a great night!
It's a great place to grab lunch and a beer. Get a seat on the front deck and watch the people go by. The food is good, and the staff is friendly. Make sure to check out the basement!
I ordered a Guiness, French Onion soup, and delicious beef tacos with fries, each of them was huge and very filling and a little spicy from jalapeno peppers. Also enjoyed Irish Stew. Well worth a visit.
