Expensive than other starbuks in the town due to their location. Very busy and usually 10-15min wait on queue. Staff is really courteous and cool despite of such high volume of customers whole day. Ample of space to sit bit still not enough for the crowd around here.
The usual, cup not filled fully. Asked for less ice 2/3 of the Grande sized drink filled with ice.
All drinks coming out of this location are half empty even after they add some ice to the cup.
Great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately you cannot collect Starbucks points at this location. Apparently because it is run by the Chateau Frontenac.

Too crowded and the place where you can sit doesn't have enough room for everyone. I am not sure, but it seems the prices are higher than a regular Starbucks.
