Amazing service, great music, and pretty good food. The atmosphere was fun and the staff are super inviting. The food was pretty good but a little pricey. The musician that serenaded us during dinner with an accordion made it worth it : ) I loved the candles in the middle of the table :)

I loved the whole experience here, the live music, the food and the service! Tons of artifacts on the wall and really tells you the story of the place. The owner is super nice and checks in with customers’ dining experience! Recommended for all ages

Seafood is absolutely fantastic.
Dessert is delightful
The only thing: let the waiter know that the main dishes can be served separately. One of my friend ordered duck breast but it was already cold when it get served together with our seafood; should have had hers on sooner.

It is little bit too crowded. Too many tables and chairs.
I had to remove the table to sit besides it.
We couldn't buy one wine glass. Instead we had to buy a whole bottle. It was $48. I could buy the same bottle from SAQ for $18.
This price is acceptable if we had the option to buy a wine glass too.
I know price can be expensive when we buy it at this setting but that gap is too much, Specially when we cannot buy one glass of wine.

We had an amazing time @ Parmesan! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was excellent, and the service was exceptional. We went for a birthday dinner for two and the staff there made it a night to remember.
We look forward to returning when we're back in town 😊

Great atmosphere, accordion player singing and hosts were lively makes for fun dinner setting. Wide variety of Italian food. Gnocchi was a little salty but good. Penne with ham mushrooms and peas was very good. What I definitely would recommend is the after dinner drink of fire brandy. They prepare at your table.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve experienced.
We dined at this restaurant in a group of 7. Our server made his best attempts to ignore us the whole time. After waiting 2 hours without being served our food, I had to make an inquiry with the bar staff as our server would brush us off every time.
After 2 and half hours past, we made a request to get the bill from the reception as we have still not been served. After a lot of back and forth, our food finally arrived.
I thought the food would be the saving grace, however it was definitely below average. The pastas are decent (it better be since it took 2+ hours to cook) and everything else was a disappointment.
With so many restaurants in the area, skip this one and never look back!

They warned us before they sat us down: there will be a long wait after your order due to being short staffed. We waited quite awhile for our food, but it was worth it because the food was delicious. And during our wait, the waitress brought us baskets of bread and our drinks. The owner was going from table to table making sure everyone was happy and there was an accordion player playing by request. He played Sweet Caroline and half the restaurant was singing along. The decor was also something to look at, Knick-knacks and photos everywhere.

Amazing! We showed up on a Saturday night with no reservation, super busy, and the owner (Luigi) who we didnt know was the owner found a small table for us to sit. We had Escargot, and two veal plates which were the best we have ever had. Upon leaving, the waiter came up and said the owner had bought us after dinner drinks and we couldnt not leave. He brought us 2 shots (different for my wife and i) and pointed to Luigi. We thanked him on the way out and thought what a great experience.

The food is excellent but the service is simply the best ever. Our wait staff led by Jean Francois was awesome. They provided the best service possible, including joking with us and even pulling off a great prank. It made for a wonderful night, they made us feel like family. You won't be disappointed.

This was the most amazing place to eat. The atmosphere was incredible the service was fantastic and the food was the best Italian food I have had. The only Italian food that I have had that was better was from an Italian Nona.

Awesome! Had the fondue Parmesan, Pinot Grigio, tenderloin with mushroom sauce and cheesecake with strawberries. Decadent, friendly waiters (helped us in English as my French is not very good!) lovely atmosphere with a fellow singing and great service!

Le 5 août 2018 nous avions réservés pour le souper pour 6 personnes. 4 adultes et 2 jeunes filles. On arrive et le gérant nous dirige dans un coin et très tassé. D'une impolitesse le gérant et des mains qui se posent un peu partout sans notre demande. Du bruits et des serveurs qui se font engueuler car trop tasser. Le gérant a aucun respect pour nous. On est sortis avant de commander et on c'est fait engueuler jusqu'au trottoir. La bouffe peu être bonne mais pas eu la chance de goûter. On ne peu toléré cet attitude disgracieux. Faite attention à vous tous à cet endroit. ��Même si vous enlevez mon message le message passera ailleurs.

Had a reservation for 6:30, showed up earlier and they had no problem accommodating us. Service was quick and attentive, food was VERY good, prices in line with most of the restaurants in the area. Very interesting decor, and the accordion player was very good, very entertaining. Great spot, would definitely recommend.

I'm giving this a 5 � because the food, personnel and atmosphere we're pretty much amazing. The only complaint I do have, is the incredible high price gouging for a cup of coffee at $3.50...and desert is also over priced. $10.00 for a very small piece of strawberry shortcake is overpaying. I don't have an issue if it's superior quality and a quantity that supports the price. That being said, the sauce Bolognese...yummmmmmmmmmmm so good!! My husband had the veal Parmesan and it was fantastic!!! No problem paying the price for quality and quantity. The desert....spare your money, go down the street and get something you really want!! The atmosphere was fun and engaging. Don't go there if you're looking for a quiet spot. Do your homework... this is a fun place!!! Its like a party.

We had a fabulous evening, the food was great and our hosts were so welcoming and attentive. My husband said that the Osso Bucco was the best he’s ever had. The music and atmosphere was wonderful, and as we left it was like saying goodbye to old friends. Highly recommended

My sister treated me to a birthday lunch here. The staff went out of their way to make my meal special with a few extra treats including a complimentary dessert and a photo to remember the day by. The food was delicious and the service was extraordinary! Loved the ambience too. My family and I have been going here for several years and will definitely return.
