Unique ambiance with pretty good tasting menu. The distance between the tables was quite close, so it was a bit inconvenient throughout the dinner because of a baby customer who was too young to be in fine dining for a few hours at his age.

The food was divine, but the wine pairing was unfortunately really bad. Would still recommend for the food and decor.

Went to the Laurie Raphael based on a recommendation. The experience was unique as you are walked through the kitchen and greeted by the chef and kitchen staff. I had the personalized menu option which consisted of 5 courses. The courses were nicely plated however I only enjoyed 3 of the 5 coures. As it appears the menu changes frequently based on other Google reviews I would recommend others to check it out as they may have a better experience than me.

What an experience! Everything tasted delicious. We had the 9 courses with full wine pairing. My favourite was the bluefin tuna. Perfection!

The highlight of my stay in Quebec City for my birthday week. My bf booked this gorgeous restaurant and it didn’t let us down. Lunch menu only has 2 options, 3 course meal or 5 course meal. We chose 5 course meal and got really satisfied but not too full in the end. Restaurant is decorated in a modern way. Very bright, very comfortable. Food is absolutely amazing. Our waiter is very nice and helpful. Didn’t get treated differently because we were the youngest couple there. Not like the garbage place called la Continental. I love their deer ball the most. Fish was fantastic too. Only pity was that in the menu there’s no duck because I really don’t like duck... but it turned out they ran out of the food on the menu which is the main course and had to serve us duck. I didn’t like the duck and that’s the only pity. We are definitely gonna go back every single time we go visit Quebec City and we are gonna try their supper next time. A must-go high end French restaurant in Quebec City if ur looking for this type of food.

Amazing tasting menu. So worth the price. The presentation and taste was brilliant. The the combination of flavours from every bite was magnificent. The service was was exceptional, I am truly enjoyed the entire experience. Meeting the kitchen staff before being seated was amazing. Added to the uniqueness of the experience. A must visit in Quebec.

It was definitely a unique experience. You have to be ready to spend about 3h in this restaurant. World class service, the hostess greeted us and guided us through the kitchen where she introduced us to the staff. That was a personalized touch! We were seated in a lounge-y bar where they took our drink orders before being seated in the main area. The dishes were perfectly executed. My favourites were the sea food platter at the beginning of our courses and the dessert at the end. I didn't drink alcohol that night but took the non-alcoholic beverage pairings ($40) and was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding restaurant. Easily equal to Michelin star restaurants I have eaten at elsewhere. Borderline two star. Every dish a treat. No misses. Well crafted, whimsical arrangements, and each one a delicious surprise. One memorable moment was the “coal” dessert. Cream wrapped in hard crust covered with ash to look like a burning coal. Great service and wine pairings. Well designed setup in an odd space. You walk into the kitchen, then waiting and amuse in the bar, and then seat you in main room.
