We called for delivery then they just hang up on us…. Not friendly, so rude

So ordered on the app. Two pizzas and some cinabites or whatever they are called for our kids....we are not home(teenagers). Missed a pizza and I guess door dash is who delivered it and instead of going back and bringing the other pizza I guess we get a credit in 7-10 days. What a pain in the a$$
