Review Wendy's - Prince George

Really gotta do something about your coffee. I’ve had it 3 times, I understand it’s free this month, but I purchase other stuff also, the coffee every single time is hardly even warm. It’s not even somewhat close to being hot. Coffee is supposed to be served hot, slightly warmer coffee is gross! And it’s all 3 times I’ve had it. Can’t expect people to come back and purchase this, or come for breakfast

The staff was amazing and super friendly, even after we showed up almost before they closed. Not only did the exceed our expectations, but they got our entire order correct, Something multitudes of places here don't seem to be able to get right. We'll continue to come back here.

Ordered 2 salads. Instead of putting them in a bag big enough, they put each on in a small bag. They gave them to us sideways and upside down. Not impressed.

Always old and soggy never fresh we ask for it fresh to and they don’t even give it out fresh. Always wasting money coming here the one on Victoria st always fresh and even give us fresh when we ask for it.

Went to the one on Victoria Street and they were a bit flustered to the point we seem to unknowingly ended up with someone else's poutine, discovered after we had left the window and driven to our destination. In their favour, it wasn't bad.

The service is quick and efficient, however, if you ask them to remove something from your burger the outside of the wrap tends to be pretty greesy and covered in sauce.

Only went here once . The food was good nice and fresh frendly staff . Was nice to be able to sit down and eat my food :)

Worst customer service experience, extremely unprofessional management. Was accused of lying by not one, but TWO members of management. I spent over $30 on food, am a frequent customer and donated along with my bill.. I got home to realise I only received 1 fries when I had paid for two (stated on the receipt). I called them to let them know, and was accused of lying by the manager who put together my order, stating that she was 100% sure she put them in. Well I can very honestly tell you she did not, she then proceeded to pass the phone off to the main manager of the Wendy's on Central who also accused me of lying (without checking the video). She repeatedly stated "why would she say she is sure she put them in if she did not?". Well that is a good question, I am rather curious of that myself. After being accused of lying multiple times—and I remind you this is over 1 large fries—she said she would check the camera footage. I left her my phone number and requested that she call me and apologize after viewing the footage... I am still waiting for the apology.
