Stopped for lunch today at Boston Pizza in pg. The restaurant has a big parking lot w accessible marked spots up front. The staff was so friendly greeting us at the door, we sat in the bar area and the lady behind the bar was probably the best host she was super helpful friendly and just awesome service. We had a beer 🍺 a appy and I daily special pizza the royal (Fri) everything was brought to us quickly , hot and Made just right. The restaurant wasn't too busy at all during lunch there was a few different things to watch on the big tvs The place was clean and well lit. But mainly the staff and service was epic!! Thanks

my partner and I like to go here once in awhile, on Tuesdays, when they have their 2 for 1 pasta. we can share a meal, and have a small salad each and the bill is about $30. with tip.

Service was ok. He never followed up for refills. He was friendly though. Food is usually outstanding but my pasta was pretty dry on this visit. I had to ask for extra sauce. Then had to ask for extra sauce AGAIN, as it was still dry. I was disappointed

Food was good, service was slow however there was only one poor woman on waitressing and she was run off her feet. Our appetizers came out with our main meal instead of first like we requested. The tip was on the bill already and no, I will decide what if anything I will be paying! The waitress deserved and got more than the requested amount however do not decide if I am paying a tip for services! Also felt rushed to pay prior to finishing meal as she was getting off of her shift and wanted payment. We were not finished and planned on desert. For desert we went elsewhere.

For a short staffed place they actually get you your food at a decent time, even though my waitress didn't check on us throughout our meal and also messed up my order a bit , it's always been a good experience and she just gave me my meal for free!! They really do try to go above and beyond for how busy they always are!!

Phoned for a delivery, and only received less than half of my order. When I phoned to ask about the remaining portion of my order, they delivered again an hour later, still not bringing everything in my order. Different occasions they have delivered dry cold lasanga. Plus the last few times I dined in the food was bland and also cold. Once asked for dry ribs and they brought boiled ribs with no sauce, like come on🤢.... This location has gone down hill in the past few years
.
The food was good, good service. Some young staff members but they care and do a good job.

The waitress was decent. Didn't really stand out that's why I didn't bother to get her name. Ordered some new drinks on the menu. Watermelon Spritzer tasted like crap. Drink had 1/4 slice of grapefruit in it was very over powering. No watermelon taste at all. Ordered a peach mango. Nope couldn't have it there was no mango :/ tried the raspberry wasn't too bad but got that at the end of the meal so didn't get to have another. Drinks over all were very disappointing. I ordered the Big Dipper with a side of Cactus Cut Potatoes. Was extremely disappointed. Barely any meat, the red peppers were raw. Pay 2.25 extra for the Cactus Cut Potatoes wasn't even half a potato in the plate :( my other half ordered a chicken Thai wrap with fries and gravy. The wrap was so dry half ended up in the garbage. The fries were cold, gravy was bland! A really disappointing meal for $50.... Did we complain? No. Waitress didn't even bother to ask us once how everything was! Way better places to eat at in PG and for way cheaper.... Won't be recommending BP'S anytime soon!!!

$45. for a large delivery pizza. Are you kidding me? The pizza was a complete fail. We all had a good laugh looking at it. Very little taste. Believe me, if you want a tasty pizza order elsewhere. This restaurant is an in your face fail for delivery pizza. Good luckďż˝

Worst experience ever. Do not go here. Been here several times. Never has the order been right. Usually it's forgivable small things, gravy missing, small side dish cold..... But no more. Ordered online, typed in full address. Somehow ended up going to Burnaby. After it was all sorted out and it was delivered.....missing part of the order and $50 MORE then what the online recipt said ...i won't be back...nore would I recommend it to my worst enemy....

Had nachos last night and when I got them it was mostly chips, little toppings (for $20 it should have lots on) so I asked if I could have extra toppings. Well, since eating the nachos I've been sick to my stomach and throwing up and still having stomach cramps. Don't know if you served me tainted toppings but I've never been so sick. Also, I know it was from your restaurant as this was the only meal I had all day. Won't be back to this PB again.

I ordered the Boston Brute, haven’t had one in about 30yrs. What a frik’n disapointment. It was soggy, tangy, and was a quarter of the size it used to be. Plus an extra $4 for the dipping sauce that was nothing more than spaghetti sauce. It was far from a “Brute”! Maybe consider changing the name. Never will eat there again!

Our server was not very quick or up to par as we are use to having at this assablishment.

Not too impressed today. Hubby and I went in about 2:00. Waitress seated us and asked what we would like to drink. She got our drinks pronto. We asked for a minute longer to decide. Last time we saw or heard from anyone. More than half hour we sat. We decided to leave so I asked the fellow at the front counter how much two coffees were. He said just coffee, no charge.

I liked it very much, Sam the waiter was exceptional. I look forward to my next visit

I like Boston Pizza, but let’s be honest, I wouldn’t really call it a restaurant; that assumes a modicum of pride. That’s pride I speak of, not standards. Boston Pizza has standards regarding cleanliness, plating, and ingredients (whatever levels those may be). So in that, I would compare BP to a factory, like those making shoes or battery operated spaghetti forks. Those running the line at Foxconn don’t take pride in the builds of their iPhones, but their jobs are dependent on the final product. I’ve said before that Boston Pizza sets the base standard for all restaurants. If you are not as good as Boston Pizza, you’re basically as doomed as a character in Game of Thrones. And it shouldn’t be that hard, should it? I mean BP doesn’t even have a head chef. It’s true—Moxis has a head chef; Earls has a head chef. BP doesn’t. Like I said…a factory. It doesn’t employ cooks; it employs workers. Half the food is prepped hours before opening, and they don’t really have a choice. Have you seen their menu? It has more options on it than characters in War & Peace. But there are way worse places to go. I’d still go to BP over any family restaurant in town. Why? Because it’s the default choice. Think about it, the one thing BP has going for it is the fact that it’s the ultimate compromise when any decently large group of people congregate. Get any four people together and have them all vote on where to eat. One person can’t handle spicy, another won’t touch meat. One person hates Chinese food, another Indian. One wants McDonalds, forcing everyone else to paddle beat that one with lead-filled oven mitts. And then there’s always the buzzkill that can’t afford anything more than microwaved cardboard soaked in brine. So they all agree to go Boston Pizza. Not Earls or Moxis, but Boston Pizza. When I was part of a rather large local car group, our meets were always at Boston Pizza. When I was young, my birthday parties were at Boston Pizza. Their Guttenberg bible of a menu has enough options to satisfy literally anyone, and to top it all off, it’s not even that expensive. But is that worthwhile praise? Should I recommend it? No. Of course not. But I eat there anyway. It’s difficult to convince a group of four or more people to try something new. And some of the dishes aren’t bad…it’s inevitable given the culinary shotgun blast it delivers—something’s going to connect. Just thinking about cactus cut potatoes or baked chipotle bacon penne turns me into Pavlov’s loyal thrall. The point is that people should never compromise for less. That’s what it is—Boston Pizza is a gastronomic traffic light. RED. GO NO FURTHER! You should have been slowing down when you passed yellow but this is it, the lowest common denominator. But here’s hoping there’s a loud enough voice daring your group to try something better. And for that one depressed individual sitting alone at a table fit for four (because that’s as small as they get—they know their clientele), I just have to ask, “What the hell are you doing?” You know there are better places with better food and even better prices. I imagine said customer would look at me and respond, “Could be worse. Could be at Olive Garden.” Touché. Food: 2.5/5 Service: 3/5 Presentation: 2/5 Value: 3/5 Recommendation: 4/5

Consistent in quality and service which I appreciate. Yet to be disappointed in what I have ordered. It’s a place we visit regularly and often order take out.

I always find the pizzas a bit on the greasy side, but the pasta dishes are always a win. The staff at this location seem to be quite curtious as well. Ill be going back again
