Burnt and not fresh ingredients. Can’t even see the sausage. Tim Hortons at UNBC Hospital didn’t even know that I ordered online. Wasted my time proving and showing that I have made an order on app and even showed my receipt. STAFF ARE NOT THE NICEST.

Waited like 20 minutes in the lineup inside, there were five people working from which four of them were on the drive-thru window and the fifth person working was also making food orders for the drive thru. 1 person from them was coming to the front to take orders after every 10 minutes and rest of the time helping the drive thru… Also gave burnt food to my husband a few days ago and we checked it after coming home … I wish I could give no stars at all

Consistent slow service, even when you're the only person in the drive-thru! Orders are almost always wrong. I'll be finding a new location that hopefully can get it right. Tired of wasting money on a wrong product!

THE WORST SERVICE ! Rude employees, a 50 minute drive through wait and when you get your drink it's either cold or melted.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TIM HORTONS IVE EVER BEEN TO ! if you don't have enough staff to run the place shut it down. Your just making the entire place look incompetent. If I could give -10 stars I would.

Terrible did not put lid on coffee properly mom spilt it putting on tray. Asked for cloth to clean up and women walked away. Sat down and opened up sandwich and it was burnt. Samething took it back and lady walked away while I was trying to return it ended up leaving on the counter and walked away. Have contacted Tim Hortons but of course typical we will look into it. Nothing since. Look at picture and tell me if you would eat. Sandwich burnt.

Dirty, limited food selection, no bathrooms, no sitting area, uncomfortable environment. Not a place you'd like to sit for a coffee.

Love that Timmies now has Oat Milk.
Don’t love that this location just pours oat milk in the same container as regular milk, meaning for the lactose intolerant you can’t enjoy it.
I just spent 20 minutes in the bathroom because your staff doesn’t understand that when someone orders a non-dairy milk substitute…it’s not always a fad but a legitimate health issue.

Just order a belt breakfast sandwich .. amd this is what we got given... pretty disappointing you cant even get what you order.. just a burnt bagle cheese meat egg..no lettuce or tomatoe at all..
