It's been 2 years since I was last at Cimo's and I have lived in Kelowna, Vancouver and Victoria since then. I have still yet to find a restaurant as excellent as Cimo's. The custom ravioli's are amazing and with half price wine on Tuesdays, Cimo's sets the bar high.
Just had a mother daughter dinner at Cimo. It was extremely busy with many large groups and yet we were seated very promptly and received fast and polite service. The server was very patient with my daughter as she was learning to go through the menu and order for herself. The food came out quickly and as always was AMAZING. Wonderful place to end a busy day. Thanks to Cimo and your staff!
Been here several times. With the updates they have made recently,even nicer to go to. Food that is amazing,a great wine selection and beer to go with the menu...and staff that is always happy to have you. It is a busy place so reservations are needed,especially for dinner. You will truly enjoy,for sure.

My husband and I were in Prince George for work and our last night there we found this gem! It is definitely not your average restaurant, it is so much more! The fresh handmade pasta, mussels the size of your thumb, fresh mint in my mojito from their garden, biodegradable to go boxes and kitchen garbage bags (love that they are green), are just the beginning of the amazing experience they offer.
They have an amazing wine list that they pair with their exquisite entrees. Somebody really put a lot of thought into these dishes, and it shows.
Tracy was absolutely fantastic and made our dining experience incredible. All the girls there treated us like we were their table ~ fabulous team!!
We love trying new restaurants in hopes to find that hole in the wall treasure, and this is definitely a treasure! I wish we would have found it our first night.

We had a party at Cimos last night with 24 people. We could not have picked a better place. Service was outstanding, food was amazing and fast, and atmosphere perfect for visiting. Thank you!

My son and I dined there tonight. The server was friendly and very helpful, and the food was AMAZING!! Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will, no doubt, be returning soon.

My husband and I had our date night last night and decided to go to Chimos as we have been there before and have always enjoyed it. The food was excellent, my husband had the steak and I chose the stuffed chicken. Our server was beyond fabulous, she was very attentive and stopped at our table frequently to check that we didn’t need anything. Unfortunately for us we chose a night were there were two large groups of people. One was a group of 30 and another large table of 18. To say that it was loud would be a mild understatement and it was very difficult to carry on a conversation. That being said we will definitely be back and hopefully next time it will be a little quieter for us older folks.
The whole experience was wonderful,from the delicious smells as you enter to the very welcoming staff,the awesome freshness of food,... love... love...love this place!!
We consistently have great meals and service here. Easily my favourite restaurant in Prince George.
In Prince George for a night, went to this restaurant close to my hotel, saw great reviews, giving it a try. Service was great, vibe is ok, menu is simple not overly complicated, try to do too much. The octopus aranccini is like a crab cake, but with octopus, tasted good. The grilled salmon was good, not over cooked, but not much flavour, the sauce only stay on the surface, may be marinate a little longer, I’m nitpicking at this point. Overall not bad.
Stopped in for New Years dinner. I like the division between tables for privacy (it’s nice when all the other tables can’t hear your conversation. Staff were great. Food was good and was decent value for what you got. Thank you for the experience. Will be back again.
My partner and I recently visited this location to celebrate our anniversary. As usual, booking was hassle-free, service was excellent, and the food was amazing. We even got a free dessert because it was our anniversary.
I highly recommend the Pork Belly as it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The meat just melts in your mouth and is packed full of flavour.
I’d give this restaurant 6 stars if I could.
