Review Nancy O's - Prince George

Never met a meal that I didn’t love here! A favorite is their classic poutine though. The patio, dining in and takeout experience are all top notch. Arguably the best food in Prince George.

Without question, one of our favourite local food experiences in town. Brunch, lunch, dinner - all are A+ tier. The vibes and ambience combined with unreal food (and a menu that is updated regularly) make this place one of the best.

Overall was not a great experience. Arrived for happyhour. After recieiving a drink it was 30 min before i was asked about food. The restaurant was empty at the time as well so maybe they just forgot about me. I ordered the tacos as they were on happy hour. Waitress asked if i wanted a side so i got fries. Tacos arrived with a hair in them. After removing, the tacos ok, but very spicy. After recieving the bill i was charged full price on the tacos cause she said i got the main order cause it came with a side. So basically adding the fries doubled the cost as she didnt feel it was improtant to mention that i guess. She didnt seem to concerned when i mentioned that it didnt seem fair that i was being charged full price when she offered and didnt mentioned the fact that somehow that would mean they were full price. Based on the customer service i would not recommend to others.

Not a great experience. Calamari was ok but small portion. Got the Korean honey butter wings and they were very dry not tender at all. The peanut garnish was better than the wings. Burgers had too much sauce or grease. Buns were completely soggy. Had a pool of sauce below the burger halfway through. Seafood fettuccine was pretty good but not worth the 28 bucks. Overall overpriced for the quality of food.

*4.5. Great food, great service. The burgers are delicious. The staff are nice- when an error was made only order they were completely wonderful and corrected it with an apology and kindness. Their macro bowl is the best! Highly recommend this place

Food was pretty good, drinks were good. Took mom and brother for mothers day ! Was disappointed in the fries though big time, they were 2 inches long at best, the dregs. Seen other reviews stating the same. Hope to try it again and have a better experience.

A great place to catch a bite and a drink, received stellar service from a young lady (shaved head and tattoo’s, sorry, didn’t catch your name) had quite possibly the best chicken dish ever in the Korean chicken rice bowl. Seriously, this chicken was mind blowingly good, crazy crunchy, sweet honey glaze served with some other stuff…. Sorry I had a hard time seeing anything past this chicken. The setting was fun, cute decor, lots to take in. Will be the first stop on my next trip to Prince George. I might have to order two chicken rice bowls next time! Well done Nancy O’s and staff. Hats off to you all.

I gave one star for the friendly server and one star for the attempt at an upscale vibe but to be honest the table was tiny and crammed in the window area despite having reservations for days. The Thai coconut was incredibly dry even after requesting more sauce. The bill was ridiculous...$64 for an entree I barely touched and one single ceaser and one single long island (on special) plus tip. I might return to try a burger

Just had the best brunch there. A friend and I were splitting two items, because everything looked too good to pass up. We only briefly mentioned this in passing to our waitress while trying to decide how we wanted our eggs. It was so cute when our meals came to our table, perfectly divided in two, with my dietary restrictions accommodated on just mine so she got the full meal deal! They even went so far as to cut our two Birch and Boar sausages in half so we each got to try a flavour. Sometimes it's the little things that make your experience go from good to excellent. It doesn't hurt that the coffee flows freely and the food/service were amazing.

I loooove Nancy O's!!! A friend introduced me to this excellent establishment a few months ago & I've gone there a gazillion times since. Friendly & captivating staff, (bunch of sexy mofos! :p ) Killer menu with unapologetic uniqueness & culinary flair. Some true gems on that menu, world class (and I stand by that!) Drinks menu is top notch too, I usually get beer or wine. Last time though, I tried a cocktail and was impressed. Tasted classic but with a special Nancy O's sort of twist. Good work y'all. Always a pleasure ;)

Dinner was phenomenal, let alone dessert! ♡ Best burger I've had in a long time, followed by the best cheesecake I've ever eaten. Customer service was top notch too.. talk about lovely staff! Eating at Nancy O's will definately be a must for any future visits to Prince George.

This place is everything people say about it (all the good things)! Some of my favourite food, great staff and a really great manager, Eoin. I am a musician and my band, The Racket, has played at this restaurant twice now and both times it's been a really fun time. Nancy O's is Prince George's hub for great music, great food and great people.

First time there and picked it based on the many reviews here. Glad I did, great ambiance, very casual and easy going. Live bands on open mic add to the vibe. The steak frites was bang on, cooked to perfection and the drinks stiff enough to match. The service was great, had 2 different staff members check on me (one was brand new and a little off her game, the more experienced staff member was on the ball).

First time at Nancy O's, but I've been wanting to try it for a long time. Did not disappoint. I was craving a burger and fries. Scrumptious burger. Quite possibly the best fries I've ever had. And the beer selection is great. Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.

I'm beyond grateful for this place... they are literally the most amazing restaurant in BC... i have lived in kelowna and Vancouver and any restaurant can learn from this place... their butchery program is unheard of as they use every bit of the animal with little to no waste... they only buy local... the food so unique as the cooks who work their help design the menu allowing the cooks to truly love the food they make... did i mention over 60 beers... like come on 60 beers... vegan gf friendly and is always evolving to accommodate anyone who graces them with their presence... you reading this is you have not been there you have to go... all in all I love this place and ill never forget the good times in have had There!!! ⚥

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, resonating with a background of bright and thoughtful folk music - the down to earth vibe of an Irish pub with the charm of a coffee-shop - quality food and service!

I couldn't give this place enough stars. Never had a bad meal and it's the first place we hit when we visit PG

Nancy O's is the best spot in PG. My wife and I love going for brunch and dinner whenever we get a chance.

Great food, amazing staff, incredible craft beer selection, you have to drop in a few times at least to check out different dishes and beers

Ive visited Nancy O many times. This last time i guess i caught them on an off night. The dish i always order wasnt as good as normal, girlfreinds appy was late. We kept getting the wrong food brought to us. The food took excessivly long to come.. The reason they get a 5 instead of a three is based on history.. hope the next time i get blown away..I notice the small things and something was just off

We came across Nancy O's this morning.....Judy sez quite possibly the best Eggs Bennie ever!! My Scramble was excellent as well. The Strawberry/Banana Smoothie Shooter was a nice touch. Josh our server was great!! If you're ever is PG check Nancy's out.
