Review Tim Hortons - Powell River

I love Tim Hortons coffee. The coffee is consistently fresh and hot. They are always coming up with new specials for lunch and dinner. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Store is very clean and always bright.

Consistently messes up my order (example not adding my honey despite ordering 2 cream 3 honey) as well as the sandwiches are always having topping piled in the middle instead of spread out and have to open it up and reorganize it myself. Going to loose me as a customer soon, has the worst service of any Tim's I've been to.

If you ask for a vegan muffin sanwitch they serve you vegan patty with egg. Seriously someone needs to teach them that vegan means no no egg. The manage was rude and said that you can go and complaint. Pathetic customer service even the manager doesn't know the meaning of vegan.

Since Tim Hortons was taken over by new owners,it's been the worse ever the last few times I went.1st took ferry to Powell fir hospital, ordered my normal coffee n got espresso instead which made me sick,then 3 weeks later they didn't have no wraps at 4 o'clock,n today got a wrap husband bought home on ferry to our island,no sauce n half the wrap was gone.I use to love when my husband picks up Tim's since I can't leave island it was a 10,NOW 0 worse then ever can't even get what we order right,n not paying for ferry to go back.

Yeah You Might Guess I'm a Huge Fan Of Course Timmy's coffee's Too Be Able To Make me Feel ,Awake in The Taste To Me xxx Good. ,Donuts and Coffee Yummy For Sure sweet Taste To Eat There TIDBITS Okay To Be HOOKED

Nothing special here, its a Tim hortons like most, however if you are planning to order your favorite donut, well do not look forward to it too much because they seem to be out of donuts on the regular.

Anybody that goes to this location please check your point reward card for the last 5 months I've noticed that I have not been any free coffees when I looked online I saw that I have been getting free coffees I went there yesterday and I got two coffees came to 5.25 just before I left I wanted to get a receipt when I got the receipts it said that I have one free coffee. the employees are keeping the money from the free coffee and keeping it I went inside said something about it they seem like they did not care gave me some free coffee tickets was giggling with his coworkers and this was the manager I will be going to the police they are stealing from everyone please everyone get your receipt when you go there they are a big scam and it's unacceptable

I have been here several times over the past few months. Each time I have ordered a bagle, or Tim bits, they are always hard and stale. The last time I was there I ordered a raisin bagel but received a rock hard jalapeno cheddar one Instead. I won't be going there anymore.
