I love Tim Hortons coffee. The coffee is consistently fresh and hot. They are always coming up with new specials for lunch and dinner. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Store is very clean and always bright.

If you ask for a vegan muffin sanwitch they serve you vegan patty with egg. Seriously someone needs to teach them that vegan means no no egg. The manage was rude and said that you can go and complaint. Pathetic customer service even the manager doesn't know the meaning of vegan.

I have been here several times over the past few months. Each time I have ordered a bagle, or Tim bits, they are always hard and stale. The last time I was there I ordered a raisin bagel but received a rock hard jalapeno cheddar one Instead. I won't be going there anymore.
