Review Shingle Mill Restaurant - Powell River

By boat, by plane, by car or by foot you can arrive at this place. This is a great place to eat and have a good time. The people working hear are beautiful and hard working, the quality of the food and display is amazing and the views are simply stunning.

We were so thankful for this restaurant because it was one of the only ones open in town on a stat. The service was exceptional, the food was amazing and the view from our table was spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant, we will definitely hit it up again next time we come to town.

Came out for date night with my wife and 7 month old. Servers were incredible; kind and attentive, really helpful with suggestions. My old fashioned was one of the best I've had made in town and the pork chop was amazing! This is our new date night spot for sure!

I had an awesome time here, the sharks burger was delicious, I can tell one of the best burgers lately. The home made hot sauce was a blast, delicious!!

We loved the Shingle Mill Pub - food, location & staff!! Visitors to Powell River - and we ended up coming here 3 times in 3 days! Food was delicious & the setting was beautiful! Staff was super friendly. Also - they pulled off a last minute dinner reservation for group of 40 for our hockey team. It was great! good for kids too! Thank you to Ryan & the Shingle Mill staff - from the Pirates!

After after a long day, we arrived in glorious evening sunshine and really wanted to sit on the deck - however without a reservation this wasn't possible. The staff saw my disappointment, and after a few minutes came and explained they had moved a couple of tables round so they could move us outside. It really was a lovely gesture which we greatly appreciated. The seafood chowder was excellent and the local brewery beer went down well too. Thanks to all at the Shinglemill for such fab customer service and great food.

Have never been to Powell River, so this restaurant was my introduction. If you are in the area, we'll worth your time. Beautiful view of Powell Lake as its right beside the ramp, excellent food, excellent service, very, very good pricing. What they offer there other pubs are asking 25, 30% more at minimum. I look forward to eating there again!
