Review Tim Hortons - Porters Lake

Recent staff additions and changes have led this location to be a true traditional Tim Hortons. Staff are friendly, service is great and it typically doesn't get too backed up. One lady who works the drive through (Heather maybe? I only got a glance at her name tag) is always personable and friendly, and goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. And yes, the Smart Water did make me feel smarter! But I might have just been dehydrated lol 10/10 experience

Love Tim's although my coffee was wrong got double triple Instead of triple double too sweet........

I love my timmies! Most places mess up my order about 50% of the time (I do have a weird order) but these guys nail it almost every time! friendly staff and a great location (for me!)

All good. Nothing above and beyond but good. Food could have been warmer I guess

This Tim Hortons is pretty much like all the other Tim Hortons when it comes to look and cleanliness inside. The ratings and reviews really are based on the service that you receive. This one we were received the average rating where most days it is fast friendly inaccurate, with the odd day where they're fast friendly and completely screw up your order

This place could use an either side drive through. Better lighting in the parking lot, and faster staff. Basically it's busier than it was designed for. But the staff are friendly, I've personally never experienced an issue with my order, and there's normally (but not always) a free seat to eat in the dining area.

Whoa, the drive thru was lined up out to the road... but it moved fast! Friendly staff and my order was correct! It's Tim's so... it's dependable!
